    On my last payment, they decided to add on a $35 late fee and told me I was late on some payments and then told me it was because I didn't make my payments on the same day each month, then the other lady on the phone at the same time was telling the person on the other end that they were waving late fees due to COVID-19...I WAS NEVER LATE ON MY PAYMENTS, WAS TOLD SO LONG AS I PAID BEFORE THE 10TH EACH MONTH I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY LATE FEES, I DIDN'T PAY ON THE SAME DAY EACH MONTH BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF STATE VISITING FAMILY, AND WHY THE HELL DID I HAVE TO PAY $35 IN LATE FEES WHEN YOU ARE WAVING LATE FEES DUE TO COVID-19???!!! NOT HAPPY AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT YOU HAVE A NICE DAY AND YOU CAN MAIL ME A CHECK FOR $35

    Waited 20 minutes for service. Was immediately skipped by the staff for someone that just walked in. Extortion level fees. This place should be your last resort/no other choice only.
