Nothing but a waste of time ! I make good money been at my job for YEARSSSSS , car paid off literally everything they required… as a single mother unexpected emergencies are hard. Came to them recommended thru credit karma spent HOURSSSS waiting all to leave with nothing !

This company will do a fake approval when it is a soft pull only for you to move forward with their loan terms and get a hard inquiry and get denied. Very bait and switch and it can somewhat be seen from the beginning as the initial approval that doesn't affect your credit shows amount approved for but says to get your apr and terms you need to do the hard inquiry. Shady!

The personnel at this particular location are nice and the person that assisted me was fabulous & very knowledgeable. The only downside is the interest rate, but o'well, don't blame the Company for our shortcomings. Thank you for being there for us..

I don’t know where to start I did a application online I get a call the next day her name is Tammy she told me I was approved and asked me to send in n my any many items and I did it took me many hours to get it all together so next day I had appointment at 1200 with more paper work bank statements and proof of income five minutes before 1200 I’m pulling in front of business and Tammy calls my and told me it will not work and I wasn’t approved unbelievable I’m going to call corporate this is so wrong to do this to people I should have read the reviews i will be contracting corporate soon this is not the way to do business!!!!!!!

Huyla was very helpful throughout the entire loan process. She explained everything from what I was eligible for to payoff amounts and time frames. I truly appreciate her patience and assistance. I am now able to get my car repaired, and payoff and catch up on some bills.

Get the help you need and it didn't take long to complete whole process. Mrs. Blackburn and staff at this location are exceptional on providing you comfort and understanding in your aggreement. I would definitely continue doing business. Promote Mrs. Blackburn she is passionate about her job.

One main on Normandy boulevard has a great staff ! They were very pleasant and helpful while I waited to process my loan application. Thanks to Daniel for explaining the terms so well !
