OneMain Financial W Southline St, Cleveland

This place was awesome. I was skeptical. However, every part of my loan from being approved to dealing with covid and not working to trading in my truck and the pay off. First off, during covid when all hold times where 4 hours plus..I was able to call OMF and talk to a real person in 45 seconds. They took care of payments with no impact to my credit or loan with no questions asked. I traded my truck in last Saturday and they too k my automatic draft out for my loan today (friday)...called explained the situation..the gentleman i spoke was very courteous and stated all I needed to do was bring a bank statement once it had posted and a check would be immediately issued to me me for that amount. Which was nice and easy by its self however, i got a call an hour later from OMF s aying they had received the payoff and they owed me money. I picked up my check today as promised. Just a joy to deal with . 10/10 would recommend.

Just talked to EJ the "manager" of this location. After getting "preaproval" letters from them for years.....I went ahead and gave them a call. I have good credit and told EJ that before I apply I wanted to know the interest rate ranges for the loan I was looking for. He said "I don't know those sir" I asked again and he said he won't discuss those with potential customers until they pull credit. I then told him I understand he can't pinpoint the exact interest rate with out a credit report, but I wasn't going to apply if the lowest starting rate was "credit card like" he said he dosent know "the lowest rates". Sir you just lost a potential customer. It's scary that a manager dosent know the high and lows of interest rates in your business. When applying for auto loans , personal loans and credit cards they always disclose the information when asked.You need to be better prepared , or your going to lose alot of customer's like myself. Good luck to you, your going to need it. On the positive side....he was nice and polite.

Waiting all day for call back not very responsive

hello is this rent a center ? they are very unprofessional , rude and take no accountability . they talk to customer like a rent to own place . I am giving you business, I will not be treated like that ! you have lost my business. I recommend world finance in cleveland 10 fold over this place .

Should be against the law to not know the interest until the end and they want to charge such high interest. My credit is close to 700. Don’t apply with this place
