OneMain Financial Towne Center Dr, Lexington

I have a loan from one main before and was not ask to provide any documentation just my ID and home address with o issues At Nicholasvillie branch, I recently apply for a loan and was approved and taking to Lexington townley center dr branch. They told me to go and take my car and car documents they took a picture of it and later told sorry we can’t help you. I will never do business with them especially with this branch not good people and not helpful and races also.

To be honest I absolutely did not like anyone from this place a year ago. They were rude, not helpful and very discouraging and I was able to get the loan, but I could not do business with them at that time. They scared me! This time though , the person was very helpful, very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was peculiar to me was the day after I already obtained the loan, another associate called me wanting to help me with my loan so there was some kind of lack of communication in the system confirming I didn't need to be rallied anymore for the loan. I don't exactly like the APR but it was very helpful for me. I am just glad they were nice this time! Who wants to do business with rude people? Be kind people! You catch more bees with honey!

I have been a customer for years. I have been treated with respect and professionally each time,. I am very very satisfied with my experience each time.

Service was truly grade A I'd recommend One Main to all

It was a great experience. Only this I was truly upset with was when I applied my credit score was 34 points higher than it was when I applied for the loan 3 weeks prior. I would have liked them to adjust the interest rate to mirror the new credit score. If there is anything we can do to make this happen please call me with a solution.

I have had loans in the past with this particular branch and had no concerns. However, this time I had to call three times to inquire if they could help me. The lady with whom I was working never called me back and today wasn’t even in the office. I explained to her that this was kind of an emergency and I needed info quickly yet still never heard from her. When I called today, the guy that answered the phone belched in my ear as he was picking up the phone and the branch manager, Jeremiah, was not very professional or seemed to care about the lack of communication with his staff and customers. I will not be back, ever.

I have a loan with these people. They called me multiple times wanting me to take out more money cause I have so much equity in it. When I decide to do that all of a sudden, they won't do it. I have been a loyal customer and paid my loan on time every time and they do nothing to help me.
