I was having difficulties getting approved for a travel trailer from a couple dealerships, so I reached out to OneMain, and April from the Meridian Idaho branch got back to me ASAP and told me she could help me out. She approved me right away and I got the money for my trailer! April was so nice, sweet, helpful and such a pleasure to work with!! I would highly recommend her and OneMain for any and all your loan needs!

I have unfortunately had to work with many loan companies in the past, but OneMain is by far the BEST place to go. They have the best rates, amazing customer service, and are super easy to work with. Chandra (sorry if I misspelled!) over at the meridian branch was the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with. AMAZING customer service from everyone in that office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!!

I was a customer of theirs for 7 years I've always had good service , until the new manager Drug over and they asked me to come in that I could borrow $1200 they said I was pre approved just come in come in so I did and when I got there they told me no , so I paid them Off I don't recommend them to anyone unless you really really need to borrow money if you go to the same company in Napa they treat you real good

Would not recommend this place. They will ask you question over the phone schedule you to come in like you are ready to sign paperwork. Then JD will call you to say you are not approved we need more income. Collateral is not enough the day you have to come in and get the loan. Very unprofessional almost seems like he was giving his money away

Smoke and mirrors with these guys. The website said I was preapproved for a loan of almost $15,000. I went through the steps to have them get the ball rolling only to be told that I could only get $1,000. Maybe you should have told me from the get-go that it was only going to be $1,000 so I didn't get my hopes up or waste my time.

Brendon was extremely helpful, fast and efficient in getting us our loan for a new car. We highly recommend one main financial.

There motto isn’t how they really are. They wouldn’t lend 1500 for a title loan on a 7000 vehicle with an okay credit score just a couple credit cards but my income was 40,000 with no change of job. They don’t care that you are having a financial hiccup they just see dollar signs. Do not recommend.

So they emailed me they have an offer for additional 1500 I get down there they run my credit and I’m denied. Don’t waste my time I was embarrassed to get denied never late have a great income don’t bother me if I don’t qualify.

Be aware, when you are desperate the interest doesn’t really register, until you make your payments solidly for months and then go to pay off and it has only gone down very little. Plus had to wait for the over payment for almost 3 weeks.
