Derek was the most friendly, helpful & charismatic tax agent I have ever worked with. Help my wife and I out of a very stressful situation. I will return every year because of him. Someone who can actually make taxes fun…. Who would of thought!

They are always Respectful and friendly. You know upfront what you’re getting and what’s expected. No it’s not cheep, and no you don’t want to use the service often. But when needed, they provide honest advise and fast service. Good people here with a difficult job. I appreciate what they do.

This address is associated with 3 or 4 different high priced quick money business names. They sent an offer in the mail to my address with an APR of 199% - I didn’t even know that was legal. At any rate, I couldn’t find the business that was named on the offer: no website, no location on maps, nothing. The offer had this address so I was able to look up the address and that’s when I saw the different names at the same location. I’m not sure what ya’ll have going on over there, but I don’t like it.

The service was excellent! Jathina was amazing! Even when the computer went down, she didn't lose her cool and provided great service! Fastbucks came thru for me and my family and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Thank you Fastbucks and Jathina!

Amy at the Meridian location was AMAZING!!! I had a few questions and I thought they were stupid questions but she answered all of them without making me feel like I didn’t know anything about our taxes!! My husband and I will definitely be coming back next year:)

I had a small loan then payed it. Then about a month later they called me and told me I need to pay them? I Told them I have the receipt providing proof they had been payed off in full. Be careful my bank the BBB and the police are looking into there business practices. Now they are calling my references. They are scammers, be warned!!

Worst experience ever, was told after three payments I would have more money going towards my principal and it all is still going towards interest. You can call and call and leave a voice mail and no one will call you back and they do not call about any upcoming arrangements just go straight to your bank and withdraw your money with out ever trying to contact you. They are the worst place to do business with and I never write reviews and they have made me so mad that I have just now wrote my first one.
