The ladies in the office were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made things very simple and stress free. Do recommend.

I was told I was pre-approved for $10,000.00. So I called to find out about it. Although Lori was an absolute angel, the higher ups wouldnt accept a good portion of my income and so they only approved me for $2400. The process was very easy and it was a nice quiet clean office. However, the amount I got was not quite enough to get my finances completely straightened out.

The branch manager is short in empathy and understanding. Was condescending and rude on the phone belittling my attempt at a loan during COVID-19. She even chuckled when I tried to explain and answer her questions saying “why would we give you a loan when we can’t prove employment.” I had given her my employer’s phone number, yet she never called it. I am employed and only temporarily not working, being deemed “non-essential“ in this time (I am a hairstylist) Although their answering machine recording said that they were working with people affected by COVID-19. I was originally qualified for more than I applied for online, and received this treatment during the approval process on the phone. Will not be seeking any further business with this company and I don’t recommend you do either.

I was approved for a loan and I declined because of the interest rate was way too high! Now they are saying that they declined me which is a lie!
