Will leave less stars if I could.. Couldn’t cash a check from my work I had all the documents necessary asked way too many personal questions and was very rude and frank and put us through a process that took forever just to tell us now and then was reluctant in handing my documents back to me extremely unprofessional the ladies name was Sarah Jane. Edit she also demagnetized my strip on the check and it is worthless now. She claims that was impossible because “checks don’t have strips” and because they use a “panini” which sucks the check through and makes it impossible to cash anywhere because there is a risky history on the check. Worst service ever. When I talked on the phone afterwards she was insulting and rude and she hung up on me. It’s because of people like this that make the world a horrible place.

Super friendly and very helpful. Very welcoming people. I was nervous getting a loan here but they made it very nice. Shout out to Sarah J the manger. Hard worker.

Was lied to about not being able to send money to Mexico. Front desk person said there’s no money gram locations in Mexico for the receiver and there definitely is, just didn’t wanna argue with her with a crowd waiting in line behind me.
