They say they will call you back and then they don’t. They say one thing one day and then they will change there mind the next. You get put on hold forever. They are a mess. They charge you hidden fees… I will not be ever using them again…

I applied for a personal loan online. I was approved a week ago. Haven’t received a call back after I placed a call to them a couple of times. My credit took a hard inquiry and now I wait? How long do you have to wait to get some service here? Think twice before you take a hit on your credit to get zero in return.

I asked for 24 hours to consider my offer I received from your company. I have been called twice a day and have had several messages from Angel specifically, who was told I want 24 hours to consider your offer. Every time you guys call and in a seemingly desperate state for me to be rushed to consider my offer, makes me think the deal I was offered probably isn’t such a deal. I asked for 24 hours and I got harassment instead. If Angel can seem to not dial my number for the 24 hours I asked for, then I will let him know I am not interested in his offer. Why would I trust a company who is trying to push a service in me? It’s a loan, I look for your services, not the other way around. Shakes head and knows I am willing to let your company waste all the money in the world paying your people to call me.......bring it on. PS maybe if I havent been busy dealing with a death in the family this wouldn’t be such a big deal. I don’t have time to give to you people. Leave me alone.

While the people are friendly they did not explain all the terms up front. They went through the papwork on the computer quickly and did not take time to explain. I paid off my loan a week later only to find out the actual amount i was financed for was 2000 more for hidden fees and insurance i was originally told was included with my amount. The manager came to talk to me but there was no apologies for the shady behavior of the employees or attempts made to make up for the behavior. Do not use this company, you can not trust them to give you all the information.

Absolutely terrible service now. I have made two large loans from this store. Have been trying to get another loan for the past 2 days. Was told the agent I was going to work with was Avian. They told she was busy. They took my name and number to leave a message for Avian to call me. They took the same message two days in a row. Both times she failed to call me. So I came in and asked for Avian. She told me both days she was too busy to call me back. So I asked if she could help. She told me she was, again, too busy. I then recognized the woman that had helped with my first loan. She was on the phone. Another lady came up to, without introducing herself, she said "so you're here to check on your application?" I said no. I am here to open a new loan. She then "well give me your paperwork so I can make copies." It was really sort of condescending, like she was doing me a favor. I have excellent credit. The other girl that I was waiting for left me sitting there for 15 minutes. Never spoke to me. Avian came back finally and said "She is too busy to help you. We can help you tomorrow." I said, yes first thing in the morning. She said "Okay we will make an appointment at 11AM." I said, but you open at 8:30. She said "well we have meetings till 11." Two and half hours of meetings? I said, I will just go somewhere else. She said, "okay that's fine". Horrible customer service. Especially considering I have been a customer of their's for years.

This place runs your credit and leads you to believe everything is good to go and then tells you they don’t do business loans thanks for nothing keep away from these liars

So I had a balance of $16,500.47. I made a payment of $500.47, mind you my payment is supposed to be $462.45. I checked the balance after the payment went through and I thought it would be 16,000. Nope, it was $16,237.24! DO NOT GET A LOAN OR REFINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE PAYING THEM FOREVER!! I will be refinancing with another bank as soon as I can!! Update: Thank God my bank refinanced my loan today!! My Intrest rate went from18.65% daily to 5.30% a month and 265.03 payment for 72 months, I'll pay it off sooner with that payment!

I applied online for a loan from OneMain Financial. After numerous phone calls from them telling me that they woukd like to talk to me about the process forward, I informed them that I decided to not continue and did not want to go any further. That was over a week ago. Today I received an email stating that they had processed my application anyway, which took a hit on my credit. This is unacceptable since I had opted out of trying to get a loan from them. I would definitely think twice before using this comoany. Or even contacting them. Next thing you know you will have a credit hit for nothing too. Your choice.

Do not get loans from this place. The interest will kill you, The loan interest is based not only on the loan itself, It is also based on the number of days you have the loan in contract which is understandable. However, What breaks you is the interest out of contract for the days you have the loan out. They charge you 3x the amount in interest depending on the amount of the loan. So in other words you will be paying them more in interest on the loan then paying your principal so it makes it hard to pay back the loan you can’t get out it! You end up paying the devils more in the loan then you took out. Also they do not give a damn about you or what they take in order to get their money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
