Bad customer service. Every time I come in here, the ladies here treat you very disrespectfully. Not my fault you’re miserable. Find another job.

The other Check City on Rainbow I believe near spring valley area messed up my whole account without even hinting or notifying me. However, when I went to Lilia on Lake Mead and Rainbow she happily and very professionally helped me out. I appreciate check city for hiring such a great employee for understanding and continuing to help me out doing this difficult time we are in.

I went to the Check City on Lake Mead @ Rainbow and both times Keni helped me and she’s literally so sweet!! She knows how to maintain GREAT customer service while also remaining professional. Her work ethic is phenomenal. Definitely recommend this location just because of her!

Went in to cash a check for a rather large amount from an Attorny for a Settlement award. As a first timer, I had the pleasure of working with Eric. Eric made me feel at home and couldn't have been nicer. It took a little extra time, because of the amount, but I totally agree with their policy to protect everyone involved. About 45 minutes later, I walked out of there with money in hand and a smile on my face. Fantastic C.S. and Eric was very nice indeed. I will return to this location for sure for any future services I might need. THANKS CHECK CITY!!

These people company, businesses or procedures are a complete waste of time, energy & advise you take ur business elsewhere and the NetSpend overall is just a big load of confusion poor company service and I rather write about them then pull up on them ever again don't take them seriously they not professional they just a water of time

I got here at 7:20 pm and they are already closed. Being legally blind I now have to walk all the way back to Rainbow where I was just at. Update your hours please! It isn't that hard!

I came to use their Western Union services, which they advertise online AND in The Store Window. I went in and asked for WU. The girl at the counter said, "We don't have that here." I replied confused, "It says yu do online. There's a sign in the window..?" She gave me a nasty stare and said, "I know. We. Dont. Have. It." I was stunned by her clearly obnoxious tone of voice had virtually no response. I simply replied, "Okay. Thanks" meekly as I exited the store. WHY do yu advertise - online and in THE STORE WINDOW - when yu do Not have the service!? Aside from that, the young lady's mean reply was completely inappropriate! I could hardly believe her attitude! I will NEVER return to this store, and I'm going to call tomorrow to speak to a manager about both the false advertising and this nasty young woman, who acted completely inappropriately. Good bye, Terribles!!

Lili is the person that that help me with my need instead of asking me what was I there for she just move her head up and down so I said hi I’m here to pick up from western union yet she moved her head again without asking nothing I said again I’m here for western union so I speak louder so at that same moment she roll her eyes at me and started with a bad attitude it’s been 3 times I been to this office and when she helps me there’s always a attitude with her and yes I know ur employees will back each other up saying she didn’t had an attitude but check city should evaluate there employees every year I won’t be coming back to this office even though it’s closer to my house !!!!!!!! Thanks for the attitude and poor customer service

The service at the Check City N100 6382 W Lake mead Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89108 location was extremely excellent as I helped by Carmen and Odashia, and although I was not helped directly from another agent by the of I have believed to be Nautica, she too made me feel very comfortable while I was being helped. Kudos to them all👍🏾💯‼️
