They have great customer service, no matter where I move I come to this location because of the staff! Khiana is great with her customer service and answering any questions I have.

I’ve been to Check City’s all over Las Vegas, but I choose this one over the rest. They are friendly and provide fast service always. Go see Sara, Ruben, or Khiana and they will take care of you! Loans and check cashing service is superior and free money orders since I’m a loan customer!

The manager, Sara, provides excellent customer service. She is great to customers and her employees. Very patient, calm, friendly, diligent, and works with her team. She is an asset to Check City!

Ali was amazing in assisting me with cashing my check! It was fast and simple and she really helped me get the cash I needed quickly when I had issues with other companies. I highly recommend this Check City!

My husband & I needed to do our taxes last minute and we were worried about going into this location so last minute before closing. We were concerned that we wouldn’t get good customer service but we were very wrong. Sara helped us out and was amazing. She is so friendly, professional, & efficient. She answered all our questions and always with a smile. She really knows how to build a relationship with the customer. Thanks for the pleasant visit!

Sara was awesome she was so passionate about my life story. She heard a mouth full. She’s such a beautiful soul inside and out. She deserves a raise and she cashed back my money orders with no issues or barriers. She’s so sweet and deserves to be rewards.

Take your business elsewhere. Couldn’t see what her name was, but please beware of the Latina looking lady (chubby one). This is my 2-3rd time dealing with her and every-time I get the same experience (interesting thing that the other ladies are super sweet and had never a problem with them). Her condescending and rude attitude is off limits, if she believes that you do not fit into her agenda she will cut you off and treat you with a nasty attitude as she most likely believes that she’s making you a favor. Newsflash, she’s not. There are literally a dozen of other business within a 10 mile radius offering the same type of services that will be more than happy and accommodating to take your business. The last time I dealt with this lady I walked out and went to a similar business located on Lake mead and Tenaya, they happily took my business and completed my transaction within 10 minutes without any unnecessary rudeness. If a district manager can contact me directly, I’d be happy to share my experiences.

It was all a misunderstanding the girls called me up at home that night and told me to come back in tomorrow, they couldn't have been nicer I got the money I needed in a few minutes. I wish I remembered the girls names one was the manager and both were very nice. THANKS AGAIN GIRLS
