They were recommended to me via Credit Karma based on my credit. The interest rates were pretty high so I initially didn't want to apply. After a couple of days, I applied on their website. They supposedly checked my credit and told me that I was approved. I received a call and got an email explaining the next steps of this process and how excited they were to work with me. I was instructed to set up my online account and submit all of my documents. I did. I didn't hear anything from anyone after that. I had to check my useless online account to find out that I was NOT approved. I called to see why I was suddenly denied, but couldn't get an answer. My documents reflected the same information that I submitted on the "approved" application and also told the lady over the phone. My car is worth a lot more than the loan amount and interest. The "false hope" and cease of communication afterward is why I gave them one star. Maybe this was a good thing.

It amazes me that these companies can call when the payment is past due but can't seem to get their IT departments together to fix a problem they are having. I have been waiting since October 15, 2019 for them to tell me why my payments are not posting to show on my account summary page. A call again to the branch office indicated that there was nothing that they can do. What happened to fixing things so the customer knows where they stand!

I see others have had the same experience. You get pre-approved for a good amount. Everything gets checked out. Then when you bring in your paperwork as a formality to finalize poo fizzle time!! All to be told you do not get anything. Anything at all. Somehow someway there is a huge systemic failure between pre-approval and finalizing. I went to the one in Overland Park, KS.
