My agent assisted me through every step professionally. Very easy to complete over the phone. All i had to do was download a few personal documents and upload them in the website for approval.

This place makes you waste your time. I received a call from Carla on Saturday tells me I have been approved and tells me the amount I was approved for. She then asked for more information. She takes my information tells me she will call me back in one hour. She Did not call me back seems they close early on Saturdays which is fine, just don’t tell someone you are going to call them back in an hour and then don’t call. I call Monday and I’m told she is busy and she is the only one that can help me. She calls me back 3 hours later and has me on the phone for 10minutes muted by the way, dead air the whole time while she continues to review my application. Just so I can be told now I need a co-signer. Getting a co-signer is not the problem. The problem is the lack of communication and mis information. Do not call someone and tell them they are approved if additional information is needed or the application needs further review. Maybe say pre-approved or once I review your information I will be able to let you know what you are approved for. Will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

Ok so my husband passed away and he was the only one on the loan at the time. So after he passed I ask for them to work with me so that I could start paying on that loan. They said bestly(hell no) and I ask well then what. If not payed when time due we repossess your truck!!!!!!! Never missed a payment ever and had a loan with them before and paid it off!!!! NICE PEOPLE!!! I guess I going to take the next step!!!!!

Don't get a loan here!! At 31% interest you will never get it paid off and every time you pay your $200.00 payment only $40.00 goes toward your loan payoff. This is the biggest con and scam that takes advantage of people that need help or money that are already having trouble financially. It's like owing money to the mob, if your late by 1 day they will call every number they have to talk to you. I'm only giving 1 star because it want let me leave a review if I don't. Gave them $2000 yesterday paid off never will go back.

I have been helped by both Mona and Dolores. Both have EXCELLENT customer service skills. Both made me feel at ease and most important, like I was a person and not a pain. Kudos to whomever hired them!

Fixed a deposit problem over the holiday weekend. It was a pleasant surprise!

I called to make a payment on my principal balance. Everything was good on the call until they send me a receipt for my payment. When i took a look at the receipt, I saw that they charged me interest on my "principle Payment". I called to fix the issue but no one could help me! These people are CROOKS! Never come to this credit union.... If i could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!

The employees at the Pasadena location are the best. Their manager has all to do with that. They are very well trained in performing their duties. Thank you for always finding ways to make everything easier.

If you pay extra each month to pay off faster, watch out. In stead of the extra payment going to the principal it went to the next month payment. Instead of paying $170 each month I paid $800 twice and instead of the extra money going to pay down the principal- they put it to the next 4 payments. I don't have a payment due for 10 months- which means they got their interest for the next ten months in advance. That sucks.

I put in for a loan online and it said I was approved for a unsecured loan for 7,500. But when I called they only offered me 4,000 and I had to put my vehicle in for collateral.
