Worst company I ever dealt with! I called them several times and never returned my call! They would send me a text to call them back at 515 pm and they closed at 530 pm! When I did reach them they sent me an email to upload needed documents! Only I couldn’t sign in because I didn’t have an account number! I stopped in once to talk to them and tried to make it easier! Nope! We do everything over the phone! I had to stop in again to drop off needed documents! Then I get a phone call with an offer not even close to what I applied for! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Shakira was my representative and she was absolutely wonderful. Very quick, efficient and Informative. She was also very honest and helpful and I greatly appreciated it.

Myself and my s/o tried to get a loan here. Mind you they think it’s appropriate to try to attach a $14k and a $22k car to a $4000 loan. Each time we applied new things came up. The attitude of their loan person Shakira is a nonchalant, careless attitude. She’s very short and didn’t offer either of us a solution. Side note: I have had loans in the past. Never late. Not once. I have one now that I also haven’t been late on. So I HIGHLY recommend you don’t waste your time or credit ding to apply to these losers.

They are great at a fast callback and are pleasant to talk with. However, thier biggest issue is the 24%+ APR for consolidation loans. Hear me out, a hugh credit cards apr is about 22 maybe 23% so.. you can save money and forgo this loan. If they had and offered consolidation loans of lower rates, ie high end 18% low end 9% they could have a huge profit margin. Because more people would go through them. In the end, sadly its the executives fault for charging a higher price for apr, and not in the consumer.

If you get a loan it's going to be One of the highest interest rates available. Then don't expect them to answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. After my payoff happened they decided to charge me another month's payment. No communication!

I had a great experience with One Main Financial when I really needed them. They came through with exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. The process couldn't have been easier, I was in and out of the door with a completed loan in roughly 30 minutes. Would definitely work with them again. Thank you One Main Financial.

I do not recommend using this company, they don’t answer their phones, they take to long to get back to you and go back on their word. I applied for a loan 2 weeks ago, decided to decline at the time, ask if I can change my mind 2 weeks later and they have to run a whole new report which I found odd because most credit pulls are 30 days. Their new off wasn’t even close to what I originally applied for. And they basically told me to pound sand. I’ve been a good customer who always makes their payments and this is how I get treated. I will not be returning to one main financial in the future and I suggest you don’t even start.

I was in need of financial assistance with a large loan to consolidate some debt to bring my credit score to an acceptable level. Turned down by others, Shakira and the team at One Main got it done. They all worked as a team and though originally didn’t get approved, fought for me and proved I was a worthy borrower. I’m really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. If your deciding on a small loan or something larger like mine, they will help you get where you need to be without fail.

I give them 1 star for promptly getting back to me. First guy says your approved for the loan and by the next morning it's a no go. Don't tell people Congratulations your approved before they really are....waste of time!!!
