I spoke with a woman. Can’t recall her name. Maybe she was having a bad day. But she was extremely rude and condescending. I’ll pass.

Jessica was amazing through the whole process the process was via phone and email, which took less than 2 days for everything to complete. I would recommend everyone and anyone if they are in dire need of a way to get to work which is a vehicle or a personal loan to pay off bills, give One Main Financial a try you won't regret it.

I will say applying online, and being able to email documents was very simple. Yet I had a secured loan. And paid it off early. I have been waiting 2 months to get my title back. I was told it was Mailed 3 weeks ago, by Fed Ex. Then it was overnighted again, and still no title. I'm pretty upset. This is important, and it is like they are not concerned.

My experience was at a different location but the people I worked with were very professional and personal at the same time. They made me feel as if they cared about me and were very helpful and understanding to my needs at that particular time.

Alexis L was extremely patient with my loan process. I was trying to complete the document and phone calls back and forth from my work phone. My phone is having issues but her patience and professionalism was 2nd to none!!

I have used One Main Financial a few times and the staff I have dealt with each time have been very helpful, kind, and understanding. Dealing with them has always been a pleasure because they treat you as a person. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about OneMain Financial. The representative went out of his way to secure a loan for me. The whole procedure went well and fast. The representative was polite and treated me with respect. I definitely will do business with them again if the need arises.

Had a lady today approved twice at one main over at the Brighton location on the phone as she told Mike the employee / manager they had everything they needed she was very nice. they took pictures of her car. Made sure she had insurance the whole nine yards. All said and done they denied her and said sorry because overtime on her check didn't count there mistake sorry. $14.00 this woman made and put her car on a lean for $2000 loan. still she was told to leave. Rude, obnoxious and degrading for this company to waist a single mothers time and I was so disgusted I walked out shaking my head. I Couldn't believe they pulled that on someone that clearly could afford a $100 payment a month. She was degraded and was told by Joey / employee everything is good to go had all her info FYI be careful.

I have gotten like three four maybe five loans from one main financial and I love going there
