Staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and ensures that you have an over all GREAT customer service experience. Product selection is phenomenal and unmatched. There is something for EVERYONE! Definitely recommended if your looking for something specifically or just browsing. It's nearly impossible to leave empty handed whether your SELLING or BUYING!!

I am a current client of Jaimie's. I started going to him for loans on items over a year ago. I have a family member who went there to pawn some valuable jewelry and some was quite sentimental. It took her awhile to get it out, and he was kind enough to give her a huge break! He has been more than fair working with us when late coming in...and extended our time. He is kind and friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The place has been beautifully renovated...and a pleasure to visit! He has some unique and fascination items for sale. The atmosphere is very pleasant!

Been here twice, they have a decent selection and seem friendly, however knocking one star off because one of the workers swears like a sailor. Now it doesn't offend me personally at all but it's just not professional. I would give it a pass normally but both times I've gone (once with my younger daughter) the same employee has dropped multiple F bombs, it's just not professional. Again the store is nice, the people seem fine but lol you gotta work on the language a bit.

With businesses temporary shut down due to the shelter in place order, I reached out to see how I could pick an item up. Jamie went above and beyond and drove the item out to me! Talk about customer service. I am beyond satisfied and will only do business with them.

So much better than the old owner. Nice family friendly environment, bright, clean, and great customer service. They have a lot of different stuff for everyone. Stuff from when I was a kid too :) a lot of unique peices that would be awesome to own. Everytime I bring something in they are fair and look it over real good to find a value in it. Will definitely check here before paying full price for something somewhere else!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great items and deals. It's nice to be able to browse without pressure and staff was willing to show us the items we bought were in working condition. Would recommend anyone to check out this place.

I've gone to Uptown for years. Great ownership, staff, and values! I've made purchases, and FFL Transfers. Excellent service and professional, fast FFL Transfers at a Great price! Tried to use another vendor for a recent FFL, did NOTHING! I called Uptown and they handled their business in 10 minutes. Best place fo all your needs, and save on your new-to-you Goods!

This place has it all from fabulous Guns To amazing musical instruments!, And yes! They do buy Gold and dimonds it's a great place to pawn a wedding ring! Also, friendly staff, what more could you ask for? Five stars on google and Five stars from my heart. That's a totally of ten stars, highly recommend a visit to this Michigan gem.

I've been in here a handful of times with a friend to buyback his items he pawned while in a jam. The staff was always friendly to me and made the visits enjoyable. They gave my friend a fair deal and he's quite a fan of the place. I haven't purchased anything myself, but I believe that I will this week if it's still in the store.

Customer for life. After going through a divorce i needed cash but didn't want to sacrifice my items. They kept them in a layaway program for me and worked with me to pay them off over time. NOBODY ELSE would of ever done this for me. Not even close friends. Think about that the next time you're in a bind. I'll transact with these guys first.
