I’ve had to call them multiple times a day to get an update on my application. It was very frustrating and it should have been a red flag. They say they are calling me, but my phone never rings and there are never any voicemails. I was pre-approved and provided all the documents needed over 3 days. I have a loan from somewhere else, and can get a car loan and credit cards, but because I don’t have direct deposit with my employer, they denied me. I’m not quite sure if this is an actual legal reason for denial. I can provide tax documents, bank statements, etc. but they just want to waste your time and put a hard inquiry on your report. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Crystal is awesome! She was very kind and courteous. You can really tell she knows what she's doing. I was able to get my auto loan closed the same day and she made it very easy. The store manager, Charles, is also great! He helped throughout the process and was also very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

First of all I don't know where to start, but here we go. I applied online like normally sent all my information. The lady her name Christina told me I will be approved ASAP all I needed to do is my and my wife come in and sign documents. Because they needed my car title information and other stuff. Then they started calling me for more information in regards to how I get paid since I get money from an annuity well they wanted proof of that. Then they told me to go to Titlemax to get a 10 day pay for which I had 2 car loans with Titlamax and Springleaf told me they would buy out both of my loans so when I get loans with Springleaf I would only have to make one payment a month instead of 2 payments I make with Titlemax monthly. I even went to the branch their Manager Cliff told me I would be approved today which was now a couple of days ago. Then they kept dragging it out asking for more information to show income I did it and sent the information to them. Then they said they would review it. In which it takes them hours to reply back. So today I called the branch manager and he asked for more information. I was very angry and told him I sent him everything he needed so I said forget it this is insane after I was promised a loan for 11,000. This is a horrible business. If there was a ranking with no stars I would. I should have noticed by the reviews they are bad here. So bad thanks to another outside company I persued another loan somewhere else.

The staff are always so eager to help BUT the trade off is you will be paying this loan off for the next 10 years unless you double your monthly payments. Out of my $540 monthly payment I will be lucky if $100 goes to the principle. Needless to say, I made regrettable deal with the devil and he wants his due in full or death (whichever comes first). Heed my warning - DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM OMF!!!!. Borrow money from a friend, take a collection up at church, open up an OnlyFans page BUT whatever you do stay away from OMF.

I will never do business with this company again .

You get one star because you weren't rude. Everything else about this company/ location is zero stars. I reached out to this company on their site because I'm trying to rebuild my credit and they are listed as a good loan company via Credit Karma. I filled out the application, I was called the very next morning, was told that I was approved for $6300 right off the bat, even though that was higher than what I wanted. I lowered the actual loan amount and then they gave me the list of documents that I needed to send in. I sent everything they asked for, then they told me to bring my car title with me and that they would hold it for the life of the loan. I agreed, took time off work to go in before they closed, then was told that they needed to SEE the car, in person..... After telling me that I was definitely approved for the loan and was all set. The "last thing you need to do is bring in your title..." BS!!!! A waste of my time and now you've robbed me of my work hours, too. Thanks for absolutely nothing.... I actually researched this company before filling out the application and they have pretty good reviews... However, this location is a time waster. Don't bother.

Had a bit of a rocky start with getting them to verify my income, they kept telling me I was declined because they looked at my W-2's for summer jobs and kept reading my paystub incorrectly. It was frustrating. I ended up going to corporate with my complaints and they were very quick to respond and got me set up with a loan the very next day. So I'll definitely give them credit there. Still a very poor first impression, but I'll give it 3 stars. If you end up on the phone with Sarah (I think that's her name) ask to speak to someone else.
