Very unprofessional, Carla one of the employees there lost personal information, i wouldn't have came to the greeley location if I would have known how irresponsible they are with personal information. 😶

I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to complete my loan. It was basically painless, and there was no pressure at all to buy the extras. They allow payments to come automatically on the day of your choice too. So easy!

Very nice when getting a loan but In such hard times they are of no help not to mention the bizarre interest rates you’ll be paying monthly!!! So basically you pay 65-75% interest monthly and 25-35% of your actual loan payment so read carefully what your getting yourself into!

Chelsea was so wonderful to work with. She took care of everything very quickly. When I couldn't make it to my appointment on time she was great about rescheduling. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Dulce and One Main and it has been a great experience both times. Quick reply and communication has been good and prompt. I do however wish there was a direct line so as to call and actually speak to a person instead of leaving a message. Other than that I'm happy with this company.

I was looking to consolidate a couple of credit card payments. I submitted my information on the website just looking for details on what they offer. Found out they put in really fine print somewhere that you “authorize a hard credit check” if you submit this information as it’s “considered an application”. Would have been nice to know. I just wanted information!!! I don’t want to go into the office to get pressured into what they offer, I just want to read about it. They require you to enter all of your info to “get information”. They need to make that more apparent on the website that they’ll ding your credit instead of burying it in fine print. I think they do that so they can say “well we did the hard credit check already, so you might as well come in to talk about your options” like she did with me over the phone. They won’t be getting my business, because now I don’t trust they will be transparent in other business with me.

I tried calling the office and it’s saying it’s a non working number I also called the other location same thing I don’t know as to why they would display their phone number but yet shows that it’s disconnected I contacted the toll free number and the agent stated that when she contacted Greeley office she noticed it was a busy signal I will have to go in person to see what is going on because they get to review my application although it was the 4th of July considering the holiday however it’s a really iffy situation when I can’t get through to a business office which is weird.

I just want to say that we had a really good experience here. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to people who are in need of a personal or car loan. We will use them again the future!
