I have used this branch multiple times and they are always incredibly nice. They help me in a timely manner and make sure all of my needs are met

Upon trying to obtain a loan from them, I was met with extremely friendly people. I didn't get a loan but a car re-finance. I loved the fact that there was an app to keep up with my payments and reminders of upcoming payments. I, ignorantly, signed up for auto-pay for a certain date of the month. I thought that maybe I could pay early one month, and thought I did so, but OneMain ended up charging me TWO payments. This happened three times (with my ignorantly not following my money like I should, but really???). Because certain payments bounced due to them trying to deduct an early payment and the scheduled payment, they now will not let me use the app. I must call in. I will call them...when I am ready, which will be in a couple of days to tell them how they charged me double payments for three months of my payments and how I am actually paid up until January but yall still want a payment for this month? Also, y'all have messed my money up the point that I missed three months of tuition for my twins. Yeah...OneMain Financial is GREAT!!!

They have an online system that is completely useless. I updated my payment account and they still proceeded to charge an old account no longer in use. When I called the store they tell me they can see where I updated information online but i also have to come in the store which I was not told when signing up NOR when my information was updated online. Now since I no longer have the confirmation email, I cannot get reimbursed for the overdraft fees of the account no longer in use.

Excellent service and very friendly and timely

Quality service in any industry sometimes feels difficult to come by. I spoke with 4 lenders today, all located here in Chattanooga. None of them provided me the education and protection that Rachael did. She clearly was trying to help me and look out for my interests as well as maximize the potential of the conversation. This was a perfect example of what we all want when we need help with something unfamiliar.

My representative CJ was attentive, knowledgeable with regards to product, friendly, professional... everything you hope for. He's a five tool player.
