I normally don't review financial companies, but let me explain why I decided to review my very first. A few months ago, I found myself needing to make a purchase, but knew I would either have to finance it, put it on my credit card, or get a loan to pay for it. After checking out my options, I decided to go the loan route. Now full disclosure, I would rather go to the dentist for a root canal, than apply for loan or deal with a finance company. Either, it's a waste of time if you don't have a 750 FICO or you leave with your loan and an interest rate so high your kids may die of old age before it's paid off. Unfortunately, this was my best option. I filled out a general pre-approval appIication and waited. Quick Loans called me back a cpl hours later saying they could approve me. All I needed was the normal paperwork and to come in when I was ready. Honestly, I was skeptical when they called me saying they would be happy to help. Wait ... What? Happy?? Well couldn't believe it when they said to come to the office to finalize everything. Nowadays, nobody has an office anymore. I expected them to say fax over copies of a driver's license or recent pay stubs or your lease, but no, they said come on up to the office and let's get you taken care of. When I arrived I had no expectation, I just wanted to get it over with. I was greeted and asked how could they help me. I told them that I had spoken to someone on the phone regarding applying for a loan. (This is the good part). He said no problem took my information, and asked for for my identification and proof of income. I handed them to him thinking that he was going to need some more documents, but he just said for me to have a seat and give him a few minutes. After about five minutes he called me over to his desk and went over how Quick Loans did business. He explained to me the repayment schedule, printed out my loan documents and went over all the details. After that I just had to sign and that was it. In less than 30 minutes after I walked in the front door I was walking out with an approved loan funded. Like I said in the beginning I normally don't review financial companies, however, I quickly discovered that Quick Loans happened to be the exception not the rule. The ginuwine, great customer service and real people answering the phone would have been enough for me to write this review, but they really put the icing on the cake by having candy dishes filled with actual candy! I couldn't believe it. They had real (fresh) candy, not the old stuff left over from Halloween, but the kind that businesses when I was a kid used to have. Now having candy available for customers is really no big deal in and of itself, but they really get it. They understand that just a little token of their appreciation for your business, can make a world of difference. More and more you find that in today's world, true customer service is a thing of the past. It's about two things, saving time and making money. That's it It's really nice to know that a finance company of all places, goes out of their way, to make you feel like they're really there to help you. If you're ever in the market for a loan, I highly recommend doing business with them, and if you go in, make sure to mention my name. I don't know if it can help your situation, but hopefully, they will keep putting the best candy out. If they can handle that, they have a loyal customer as long as I'm in Chattanooga.

I walked in with the stress and worries of everyday life Vinese the wonderful young lady was so kind to myself and my grandson she was very helpful and explained the whole loan process to me.
