OneMain Financial S Seneca St, Wichita

They gave me the run-around one said you're approved but for the full amount you need for the vehicle I was trying to purchase. So they suggested finding a less expensive car so I did .. Then they say my loan wasn't approved all though a day ago was approved..I wish I could have known that before I waisted my time and the dealership time finding me a deal on a car..Oh yeah after 4 other people there helped the woman that was doing my loan I did get the loan ..yay...good luck and don't give up you may have a chance on a loan through too..

The people at the branch I visited were very nice. However, due to interest rates and a harder to use than usual website, I will never do business with them again. An extra payment was taken out of my account by accident and was told I would have to wait 10 days for a refund. Damage already done plus bank fees for overdraft. Really would this company want those types of extra charges. Don't think so. My own fault for not doing more research. USE ONLY IN AN EMERGENCY

when i got my initial loan the guy who helped me was awesome helped me fill out all the paperwork and i was on my way. Been making my payments with automatic withdrawl for 6 months now. So i thought hmm wonder if I can get some additional money now, got a letter stating that i could refinance and get an additional 1500 dollars....sweet i thought that would be awesome. go into the local branch a different guy helps me and tells me i have to use collateral in order to refinance due to some things on my credit report.....um hello dummy i am already a customer and have the loan why the hell would i want to use collateral i didnt need before. so i said oh okay thanks anyways for nothing. Get my mail the other day and oh low and behold they are offering it to me again.....ummmmm screw off your office on Seneca sucks unless its the guy who helped me the first time i will just continue to make my payments as i have been.

They were really awesome. They helped us when it own credit union wouldn't. Very professional and caring people. They answered every question we had and made sure we were satisfied before we signed anything! Love the Wichita Kansas branch!!

Not worth your time. I have a 700 credit score and they still wanted collateral. Went down the road and got unsecured at 6.5% so they can take their 35% and stick it up far

I've been doing business with OneMain for almost 10 years now. Every year they call and see if I need more money for something. This year, I told them I did. They ran my credit and said I was approved for the amount that I requested and gave me all the relevant information (interest rate, payment, etc). They requested a copy of my driver's license, pay stub and banking information. I emailed it over and less than an hour later, I get a call back telling me that they can't help me. AFTER they said I was approved. I will not be doing any more business with OneMain Financial.

Not impressed. I get mailings from One Main saying I've gotten preselected, but they want collateral... after reading other reviews - this seems to be their gimmic. I've asked them to remove me from mailings twice now... I'm sure I'll get another letter next month because they simply make money off running credit reports for consumers who will never qualify for loan. on another note : when I was there today - they thought it was funny and laughed at customers they kept waiting outside in the rain. I hope someone finds this review useful, the Seneca branch seem to be the worst .

They were very helpful and answered all my questions, even some I didn't think of. Ashley Berry was great and very knowledgeable. Walked me through it without any pressure and made it a very good experience.

Incompetent people who have riuned my credit. Cannot do basic math. I went to the loan office and they cvlaimed that I had overstated my income by 1,000.00 per month. They claimed my earnings were $2,000.00 per month, when in actual fact my income ia actually closer to $4,000.00. This error on their part has affected my credit wothiness.

I absolutely understand that i agreed to pay 23% interest, but after making on-time payments for over 2 years, it sickens me that during this time when I am sick and trying to work 2 jobs to support 3 kids, One Main would not offer a refinance or free month interest to help out. Their tactics are all about the money. TRUMP 2020!!!
