I have been with One Main for about 5 yrs. They call you and ask if you need anything you tell them not at this time, but when you need their help it is not available. I asked to defer one payment and they wanted to make a payment before they could defer the payment what sense does that make.

I have been waiting a month for them to pay money on one of my credit cards and still no payment as of today. I paid the loan off today, the interest rate was astronomical, and was told they would check about my payment before end of day today and Ive heard nothing! Would not recommend to anyone.

The first time I called them the experience was amazing. Now I am in need of another loan and got the collateral they ask for and have yet to be called back from an approval over a week ago. I just wanna pay them off and never go back because the give you the run arounds too much. I however got approved at a different place and the payments are actually lower.

I needed a loan to get some debt paid off to lower my monthly bills. With this loan I was able to pay off all credit cards and now saving $205 a month now. If need a loan one main is the way to go. Thank one main

AAAA+++++. This is now the 3rd loan I’ve got from OneMain, I applied for $1800 and received $5500. This helped us consolidate $600+ a month in payments to other small loans. All same day service for us. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND... Great Customer Service!!!!

These ladies that answer the phone at this business are rude ash. I had to hang up, I don’t deal with old folks who are disrespectful💯

Was contacted by this company in December and was told that since I had been paying on my loan that I qualified for a additional amount. I told them I may hold off a bit then do the loan. Went to them in the next month and applied for a small loan which was the same amount they said I could get anyway. This time they had me jumping through hoops for the small amount. The last time they used what was on file for me, this time I literally had to give them the same exact info all over again. They told me they do this every time and that was a out right lie. They then wanted to use 1 of my vehicles for collateral. The vehicle I was using was worth 3 times the amount I wanted and was free and clear. They immediately took the title and listed them as loss payee on my insurance. The next day they told me that my net pay was $500 off, I told them I could prove it with no problem but because this lady was rude and talked down to me I told them to forget it and give my title back and get off my insurance. What I then did was to be able to get a loan for double the amount without using one of my cars for collateral at a lower interest rate. I feel this idiot should be fired but then again she made me look elsewhere which I win. Watch out for these bait and switch people and go any where else you can then here.

This is one of the predatory loan companies, they purposely screwed me over. I was going to refinance but they just opened me up another loan account without telling me this and I have two payments now and nothing I can do except tell people about it with reviews like this. I posted another review about this online and they seen it and said for me to call them and they would help but that must have just been for show, they did nothing.

Walked in without giving any notice and was treated great! Will definitely go to them again with any loans that our family may need. They were fantastic and very friendly to work with and got what we needed done quickly

I will NOT be going back there ever again. They turned us down but guess what when we pay off our loans will be going back to them an showing them they lost a customer because they was afraid they wouldn't get their money when matter of fact would. They failed for our customer.
