The service was absolutely wonderful. Professional and fast but very friendly. Keri was able to quickly and efficiently assist me with my loan. I would highly recommend this location and more specifically Keri to anyone that is considering this type of loan.

My husband had 3 health related accidents that put him out of work for 3 months each which is why we went to them. At first they wete great,very helpful. Then we check our banking account and double the amount ($400) is taken out. It was an "accident" according to them. It took 3 months and multiple phone calls to get our money back. Then we set up another arrangement. I check my account again and they took (200) out of the account . They said we broke the agreement. We asked to speak to a supervisor. We were then told at the end of the call that we hadn't faultered on our agreement. So they took the money for NO REASON. Lord knows how long it will take to get my $200 back. I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! If you do watch your bank account like a hawk because they will take more than stated and take their sweet time giving it back. They have some good and understanding employees that really want to help however "The Company" puts their employees in a hard spot trying to help the customers. They admitted we weren't the inly ones that the double payment happened to. It happened to a lot of people. We just happen to catch it.

My experience with Advance Financial was great!!! I opened my loan with Henry and he did an awesome job explaining the flex loan and how the payments work. This store has some of the friendliest people I've ever met!!!

I come here every two weeks, the staff are very helpful and very friendly. It is nice to have people so willing to help and have a smile on their face. I can be having a bad day, come in to this business and after speaking with the advance financial employees i immediately feel better and go on with my day.

I had an amazing experience her tonight with the employee named chris. He was so nice and patient. He went above and beyond to help me. I think he deserves a raise and/or a promotion. Great experience

I used to be a big fan of this place. Until today when I found out they stole from me. They withdrew my payment from my bank account and I also made a cash payment for almost twice the amount. I go back today to pull out some money and find out that they sent money back to my account and charged me the money for doing it. So another words they charged me twice for one payment. And then I was told that I had to deal with it. I highly recommend people staying away from these thieves. They are not trust worthy. They do not care that they are stealing from us and was told to deal with it

Today at advanced financial the lady's were freaking awesome. They were very helpful and helped me fully understand the payments and stuff. Their names were Kayla and Katie. If i was u these lady's know what there are doing. And they need raises. My experience here was great and they didnt make me feel bad for needing to come and get a loan like most other loan company's do. I will tell all my friends that they need to come here for money matter either by cashing checks or needing a loan. U guys need more friendly and happy car like these lady's. Katie was especially helpful. Please gives these ladies raises cause they certainly know what there doing and gave me a pleasant experience. From now on I will always bring my child support and alimony checks here.

My experience with Advance Financial was a great . Henry was the teller who helped me and he explained how the payments work and ways that I could keep my payments low. He explained how a principle payment works. He had a great demeanor and a great smile. I definitely recommend the Stone Drive location.
