This loan was very simple and they were able to meet all our expectations!! Would definitely recommend if looking for an installment loan. We completed and received our money the same day

They are terrible!!! They lie constantly and it's a running around game with them. We wasted multiple trips and missed days of work for nothing ! Brittney(not sure if that's correctly spelling) was the one who helped us and did a terrible job. Asked for cooperate number and they purposely gave me the wrong number. Ask for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one there today. I would never reccomend any one to use them. The negative reviews are 100% true and I wish I would have read them before going to them! If I could rate them a 0 I would!

This was a very professional outing. Eva was very professional and was on par with everything. I think One Main should get in the business of selling homes

Had an excellent experience an One Main. The staff was excellent. Discussed my needs and I closed on $9500 loan in one and a half hours. I would definitely recommend them if you need money and have less than perfect credit.

Agent had said I was approved for a loan and set up an appointment for me to sign paperwork on my lunch break. Left me sitting in a room waiting to sign my paperwork because the girl that was doing my loan who told my what time to come conveniently was not there. While I was waiting in the room my assistant text me saying they had just called and she was wondering why because I told her I was going to sign and was already approved...which then made me wonder why were they calling my job after already telling me I was approved this morning. When I asked to speak with someone they were rushing around acting suspicious and then came into the room and told me that now I was declined. They wasted my entire lunch break sitting in a room which was not necessary if there was any uncertainty they should have told me so I could have left. This place is very unprofessional and does not know how to conduct business. Furthermore, I have sent many residents to them in the past and I will most definitely make sure to not refer anyone to them in the future.

OMF of Longview is the best financial company we have dealt with EVER! The entire staff is extremely great and very pleasant. Quick, helpful, goes above and beyond, they will do whatever it takes to assist your needs. Definitely recommend OMF for all your financial needs. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to have on our side. Thank you all for the excellent service and fast response to our needs. You gals are the best!!!

They lie. They will hit your credit report with a hard inquiry after saying you have been approved then deny the loan. Do not do business here.
