I'm a new customer with loans of Texas. When they call about your payment, they are rude. When this loan is paid off, I won't do business with them again.

Very rude if you are behind with your payment. Also the last 2 times I went by to take care of a payment. Hispanic lady talks to co-worker about clients gives first and last name in front of other people zero confidentiality. I did tell them before I walked out that the 2 times I been in they have disclosed other people's information in front of me and that could get them in trouble. Will soon payoff this loan. They will never see me again.

The ladies there are very sweet...and when they call about me making a payment....they are very nice again....they did just start charging a 2.00 fee like Swepco does ....I am not a fan of that...i refuse to make a pymt over the phone and be charged $ 2.00 for something I have NEVER paid for with these guys....so I guess that means I will have to physically walk in there with a pymt.......not way happy about that part.....thats why they got only 4 stars......but as far as what the girls inside LOANS IF TEXAS are concerned......they are top shelf.....the new changes LOT have implemented......not so much.
