I needed help with my phone being reconized as an acceptable device. I spoke with APRIL.She was amazing! VERY polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable. She was patient as I ask questions and labored to follow her instructions were clear and easy to follow. My problem was solved and I was pleased with the results. Keep this lady! She is a valued asset to your company. I will also say that I have been a customer for a long time and hsve always hsd great service.

Terrible interest rates. Ive went to make payments on days they are open later in the evening and no one was there and when I called the next day about this, I was told "it just depends if someone was here or not" Regret ever getting a loan through here.

Call to make my payment and person on phone treated me like I couldn't do simple math . Do not recommend this company at all

My husband and I got a loan with them. He later got sick and passed away. They have you take out life insurance on the loan. It paid off a small amount of the loan. Years later when I went to get another loan they added what the insurance had paid off to my loan. I have the proof the loan was paid off. They copied it twice. Now they ignore my phone calls and won't talk to me at all. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They consistently ask for all these ridiculous documents and pictures, they change the terms of your loan several times during the loan application process, then it gets worse they changed it when you get there the people that work in the office blame the people that underwrite the loans their interest rates are high and then they try to sell you worthless life insurance policies on your loan to make your payments even higher I walked away from the loan I’m glad I did I would encourage others to this is not a good place to get a loan very high interest rate, Poor customer service
