I am not sure how they stay open, the staff is rude, the shelves are empty. I used to really like this place.

Thought I might find a guitar for my son, the selection was horrible, bunch of scratched up, beat up looking guitars that they wanted way too much for.

The first time my husband took his Rolex watch there they said the movement was off. They didn't have any Rolex watches at this time to compare it to. Then he was told to bring it up they could test the gold and would give him a thousand for it. So he brought it back and the guy had left and another employee said he didn't know why dude said that he doesn't have the authority to do that. So finally he gets a manager and everything is great looking on the watch but it doesn't have a blue tint on it so they don't know. Learn your product before you sell it. They don't know Rolex but claim to sell them. But the kicker is my husband has exchanged thousands of dollars with them. Bring a great customer has no value with them either. I used to like KV but not now

Wanted to purchase a guitar . Asked to try it out thru an amplifier. It had electronic issues did not make the purchase.. shame

Stay away! They are selling broken items and then if you come back in to try and get a refund they will only give you store credit
