I was behind on my payment I went to their office and they told me that they would forward me 100$ and no payment for couple of months. They did paperwork and never mentioned that they were renewing my loan. They don’t have any honesty.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PAYMENT PROCESSING Unfair, DECEPTIVE, ABUSIVE Acts or Practices.Once again they refuse to give me an over payment back! I accidentally made a double payment last week to both of my loans. I auto paid them and manually made the other payments. I IMMEDIATELY saw the error. When I called them they refuse to void the duplicate transactions on my debit card. I have to send them my bank statements now even though they can see the DOUBLE payments to both loans. They are going to make me wait again. Last time they screwed me over and told me "a check is in the mail" for two weeks. It took over a month and it's CHRISTMAS. ONEMAIN WILL WITHHOLD YOUR MONEY FOR MAKING AN HONEST MISTAKE. I know they could have voided the transaction because they've done it for people I know and had to do one in the past because THEY accidentally charged me twice. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

I guess this company has a contract with Credit Karma because approval was quick and more than requested. Terrible staff service. Will not return emails or calls. Different person on the phone every time.

Friendly personable and helpful are just a few adjectives that describe the people in this office. The loan process was easy and fast.

Had a credit score of 628 asked for $4500 dollar loan using my truck as collateral my truck has value of 14k dollars they turned us down after waiting all day didn't even offer us any alternatives place is a scam they just want to get your info and sell it

Very professional team. Kind and courtesy. Flexible as long you remain in contact. I was getting back surgery and was stressing so hard about how I will pay my bills for the next 3 months and they loaned me just enough to get through recovery and lost wages. Though the interest rate is very high 29% I was ok with that at a time like this. Payments are low and of balance is paid before the first 12 months then you don’t ever owe the APR. I believe there is another part to this particular statement but I wasn’t able to find it so you would need to reach out to your local office!

This company bought out Springleaf and the quality is no longer there on customer service interactions. The website is still great, payments are easy to arrange etc. but I definitely won't renew any products or services with this company going forward. They are just another predatory lender now.

Really upset that I was not kept up to date throughout the process. The loan did not get approved. That is not what upsets me. What is sad is that they couldn't even give me a call to tell me. I waited three days not hearing a word or even an email asking me to call.

They were very kind to me as customer and a human being.The young lady that was sitting at the 2nd desk on the right side side was or is very professional . Great team 👍

I purchased a vehicle through OneMain Financial and they were very courteous and professional and I look forward and doing business with him in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
