OneMain Financial Rolla

Been trying to get a loan from them for over a week (maybe two) now, but they’re so inconsistent and unresponsive I’m honestly impressed they have a job in customer support. I was pre-qualified and submitted the documents they’ve asked for, wouldn’t hear from them for a few days so I called back to see if there was any progress, then randomly I was told they needed more documents, so I submitted those as well. Didn’t hear back for some time AGAIN so I called to see again what the status was. And it seemed no one bothered to even check if my documents were received and if my application was being processed. I received random phone calls here or there while I was at work but no one left a message to give me an update or a direct extension I can call. They seem very unprofessional and slow so if you want faster and reliable service and communication, One Main Rolla is not your guy.

The concept of One Main is not difficult to understand. When you take out a loan you have several payment options to choose from. One Main clearly defines the terms of the loan. It is up to the consumer to actually read the terms of the loan agreement prior to signing them. You are able to choose your own due date and can change your due date if circumstances change. Although the app is not user friendly, the consumer has several options for payment. The paper statements clearly let you know how much money goes towards interest and how much is applied towards principle of the loan. It also gives you an option to apply any additional amount of money directly towards principle each month if you choose. We have used One Main several times and offset the interest by paying it off early. Pay your bill on time or call them so payment arrangements can be made and you won’t have any problems.. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because One Main is closed on Saturday when most people are off work.

Jessica and the entire Rolla, MO team made the process of getting funds to fix my vehicle painless, stress free and quick. Guess they don't want very much repeat business as they sell your info to every other loan company in the country. Why would I need to go back to them when I have new loan offers in my mailbox everyday from their competitors? Pretty short-sighted.......

For me I feel at home they take the time to explain each step and if I am having am money problem they want to know so we can both work together on it, the office I have has got to be the best of all.

GREAT customer service! Definitely work for the customers needs. Whenever I did need to move my due date. I was able too with no hassle. EVERYONE is over the top friendly and professional! 10+ stars!!! Thanks again One Main Financial Rolla!!!

Poor choice, should've talked to a different branch that wasn't judgmental and rude. Its all good though, I'll have to take time out of my day now to let corporate know how rude they are.

I have used one main before they were actually called one main financial, everytime I have been to onemain has been a great experience. They have always been kind and understanding and will bend over backwards to help in any way they can.

Was all fine and dandy great personality and get you into your loan and then tell you things about a car loan after being told a car dealer was retuable and buying such and getting the loan the car has a bad motor and blows up I'm stuck with a loan payment for a POS car and i have to pay for a rebuilt motor 2500 dollars ask them if they would loan me the money to get it fixed their answer was NO so i stopped payments on the loan !!

Stan is the man, he is always been helpful,patient and kind it's a pleasure working with people who care and are smart always steps ahead thank you again sir you are a blessing
