Fast!!! Great communication; every step was explained clearly and accurately to let me know what to expect at each stage of the process. The rep was VERY punctual, calling me back when she said she would. Funds were quickly transferred to my bank account as I was told. By far, best service ever received from a financial institution.

I talked to Victor about a possible loan. Mind you I have been a customer with great standing for years. Never have I talked to someone as unprofessional as he was. Literally interrupted our conversation to tell me he had a more important phone call to get to and he’d call me back. Victor called back, after voicing my concerns to him and letting him know I’d go elsewhere he simply said okay and hung up the phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Approved for a $4000 secured loan online. But your really no approved. Sent in my pay stubs and had a 2010 GMC Yukon for collateral. I was offered $1800 and pay off debts. Wow not even enough to get the Yukon. I submitted my wife's pay stubs also and then I was told they needed tax returns. OMG. I have used Mariner Finance for over 10 years and never been treated this wa . They just called me to say they are filling a complaint with the Corp office. Won't do any good. They are very deceptive.

Got approved but they said I had to refinance my vehicle with them for a higher rate so then it would've took me longer to pay my vehicle off...hell no got approved with my bank that same day with lower interest rate😌 never will use this place Really credit karma😧

If i could leave zero stars i would. Statement showed no payment due for 4 months with no changes in balance then i made a bigger payment and all but 50 went to interest that accrued. If you are charging interest then you show show the loan balance changing every month not just when I make payments. I understand ..loans get interest dailybut when they neglect to show the interest gained monthly on your balance its wrong and misleading

Go see Jaihria. This is the 2nd loan I have taken with them. They have helped me out so much with my finances. Great advice, friendly staff, and a clean and organized office. Try them out and stay away from other so called loan offices in manatee county.

Everyone in this office is very nice and professional. They were able to help me when I needed it the most and I feel comfortable every time i speak to them.
