OneMain Financial Commercial Dr, New Hartford

Worst customer service ever. I have used one main for a few loans over 5 or 6 years or more. I went to try to take a 3rd loan out and was originally told in the office they could do about 4500 then they turned around and took that back staying there nothing they can do. My payments have always been made on time and my payment on the new loan was 142.00 which is less than the 148 a month in paying now. But they can't verify I'd be able to pay it even though they always get paid and is less than I'm always paying. Makes sense right? I artful with the rep in corporate who just keeps repeating they can't verify I'd be able to pay less than I'm already paying now. I ask for a manager and get hung up on. Worst customer service ever. Especially to an existing customer with exceptional history.

I have had several loans with One Main and have always been completely satisfied with every aspect of their professionalism. Heidi was super friendly and so helpful.

Did not care for the loan officer, Richard in New Hartford NY. He presented as evasive, not welcoming. In addition, I wanted my loan direct deposited and he could not do this because he could not access my bank information that was already on file. He left me in a room waiting as Iif he was hunting for the information. Returned and issued me a check I did not want. The next day I lost the check, wasted time and delayed available funds. Mysteriously, when I showed up a week later to bring the check back after I found it under my driver's seat, my bank information was available as it was found in my file. The rep. Insisted I could not arrange direct deposit. I never asked for a 2nd check. I told them I would bring my bank information for direct deposit. Customer Service was not the greatest this time around. This is my 3rd time doing business with One main. I have to pay the money back and excellent customer service is the least the workers can do!!!!!!!!!!! You didn't give me anything!!!!

I have been a customer of One main financial for many years. I do my business at the Utica NY Branch. Chris and Jancice have always been professional and very friendly. Now idk what has happened. But I do know now I understand why they do not keep employees very long. I'm not upset about there work. I'm upset the way I have been treated. I sent many friends there. I'm so discouraged with there in professional addituteds. I will never do in recommended them again. Very unhappy disappointed with there treatment if me. Feeling upset

Terrible place I would have been treated better if I was rich denied my loan would not help at all and would not tell me why I work a full-time job and I was treated like I was a homeless person

One Main is the best! They always try and work with you to help .
