OneMain Financial Ne 175th St, Woodinville

I have used One Main several times with great success until I was connected to the Woodinville branch. A very unprofessional, sassy, and childish staff. Terribly rude and very inappropriate. Take your business to Bel Red, you will be much happier.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I was pre-approved for a loan and went through the whole process to get it. I’m in a financial bind and the money would have helped relieve some of my debt. On Friday, Blake from the Woodinville branch promised me that I was approved for the loan and made an appointment with me to come in Monday to finalize it. Today is Monday and I received a call from them saying that I suddenly am not approved for the loan because “I don’t make enough money.” This wasn’t an issue the week before and Blake never once brought it up the whole time we spoke about the loan - which was over a few days time. He said with my income and the collateral I would have used that I was approved. So why the sudden change of heart the day I’m supposed to finalize my loan? This company is shady as hell and I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way they do business. DO NOT USE THEM. The next time I try for a loan, it’ll be with my credit union.

Customer service at the Woodinville Branch is bar none the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. They were rude, short, condescending, judgmental and incredibly disrespectful! I have since worked with another location in Lynnwood and they have been a delight to work with and understanding of my financial position. I think this branch forgets that their product is designed for challenging credit and to treat people differently and verbally state their disgust for their credit situation is disgusting. I will tell anyone who will listen how disgusting this location is.

This is my second experience with One Main Financial in Woodinville WA. I am always treated with respect by Kelsey and she is a true Professional. I appreciate the time taken to clearly explain the process. I will definitely recommend One Main.

Hayleigh was funny, polite and easy to work with. The long term solution was a phone call away! I cannot say enough how this team and this office make everyone feel as though they are the MOST important one in the building. They asked for everything they needed up front- there were no surprises and communication was a breeze. Ask for Hayleigh!!!!! She is an Alabama ROCKSTAR!!!!!!

They don't know what they're doing and what they can do, very misleading and will waste your time just take your business to Bellevue one main or any other than this place. They had me do the whole process for the loan a whole week all for them to turn me down last minute because I had a California drivers license, and my collateral needed to be registered to a Washington license mind you I LET CHRIS KNOW i still has a driver's license from California. And last but not lear's Chris tells me if I didn't come in today after me not having a day off and work a week straight he's just going to have to close the loan this was my first red flag. Waste of time horrible experience will not refer my customers to one main ever.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible high daily interest rates. More hidden fees than you can count. They try to sneak Death and Dismemberment Policies in with a loan. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I Took out a loan thinking that it would help me build up my credit to have an installment loan on my credit report versus just having revolving accounts and at this point I feel so royally screwed over that I wish I would have made a different decision. This place is so crooked it doesn't even seem legal. I am disappointed and disgusted with Springleaf Financial Services! DO NOT DO LIKE I DID AND LEARN THE HARD WAY, NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF IT!

I received my consolidation loan within 2 days of applying. Haileigh was awesome to work with and made the transactions required of me easy. The loan process should not be stressful and it wasn't!

I had a unique situation, it was not a typical loan, I have two part time jobs, my wife works full time but used to be part time, Our income was way different than last year, and 1 of my jobs is newer. I have a renter in my basement, but no official records, They moved in late last year, So no record of it on taxes. The manager, suffered through three underwriting issues, and eventually got an override with approval, the loan paid off four accounts, including a bad pay day loan I took out. All and all I'm 297.00 a month ahead, starting next month... (and enough left over to fix my rider mower). That's a huge difference in our life style. Thanks for going the extra mile Eric !

This company is very misleading and uses false advertising. I turned down a loan because I decided I didn't want to get it and keep getting called every other day, then got a denial of credit letter sent to me. Don't use this company. False promised and bad customer service.
