The people at OneMain in McKinney where very nice and helpful and they processed my loan very quickly thank you so much

The website is inaccurate when paying your bill there is always a difference in what you really owe and what they show you owe. Called about it and was spoken to like I was a mental idiot. Do not recommend this place at all. Also they begin calling you the very day your payment is due if you don't have it set up to pay automatically and will harass you until you do.

Very friendly and helpful! Their process is quick and easy.

Where should I start... This female did not understand one bit of life reality. My husband is a hard working man and this place pre approved him but likewise told him otherwise. Its ok... Because we have other options since I had been in the hospital. I would not recommend this place because fyi..they are uneducated in regards to life... Trust me...don't use them.. I wouldn't have if it weren't for me going in the hospital...it ticked me off when I heard the female laughed?? Really??? I don't know who they employ but apparently not of an educated, professional mind!

Collateral junkies. Wasted almost a month of my time, co-signer, even asked if there was a "life ins. policy"! (?) Really? Hard inquiry on both ppls credits then denied bc it took too long to process. A joke, a completely insulting joke.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Unprofessional, super high interest rates. Definitely not customer oriented. Jovanna Piseno couldn't answer my questions and she was not helpful at all. I'll make sure my friends and family won't work with these people.

I did not like the fact that it tells you that you are approve when you complete the preapproval. The turn around time was pretty quick to get the loan. However I went into their office and spent two unnecessary hours there because they were trying to get me to do a secure loan and purchase extra stuff. Those two things were very frustrating considering the fact it was a waste of time trying to sell me something I keep saying no to.

It's very important when they help you and listen to you and I am very happy with one main Christi help me she's awesome

I was skeptical at first after reading a few negative reviews. I called and spoke with Christi the Branch Manager at this location. She convinced me to come in and OMG! Im so glad I did! I would give 10 stars if allowed...The application process was super easy, she was very professional, detailed, super nice and fun. She'll explain everything. Verification of income etc must all add up guys with what you put on your application. Be honest and I promise you'll get approved....Easy Breezy! Horrible customer service with CSR Kayla at this location. Had to speak to her Manager. They have continued to treat me poorly. I have requested to get my auto debit. They make it so difficult to do business.
