I called City Finance McKinney location today I spoke with a lady named Bonnie. I asked her to please tell me the criteria of her long procedure. She told me it was not based on my credit and would be based on  previous loan that I have in good standings and have had the loan for over 90 days it would not be based on my credit after convincing me that I should qualify based on the question she asked me. I gave her my information and she said that she would call me back. I asked her how are you going to call me back do you have my phone number. She said "Oh" I'm sorry what is your phone number. That made me suspicious and led me to believe that something wasn't quite right. I gave her the phone number I received a call back by lady named Judy she was talking extremely fast and I could not make out the things he was saying. I asked her to please slow down so that I can understand what she saying she totally contradict everything that Bonnie said. She also spoke over me which makes for a very poor conversation or communication. If you're purposely not truthful to people that call interested in getting along with your company you not giving them the best chance to make the best decision by giving you their information and getting inquiry on their credit.... PS I do have only one loan from the company right next door to you I've never missed a payment and they can vouch for me I also been in my home for over 19 years and have income of over $3,800 per month. I don't have a lot of things Finance or heavy monthly expensive

This is the second time I’ve come to city finance and there very helpful and understanding always looking out for their customers best interest

I went to City Finance in McKinney and Julie was the best! She made me really comfortable about the whole process. I would definitely recommend getting a loan here!

I came in this place desperate of needing a loan. Which there were two lady's in the office. One of the ladies proceeded to help me and asked me what type of work I did. As soon as I told her that I did doordash and Uber her whole tone change and the look of disgust was on her face. I understand that they don't see Uber or doordash as a legit job. Well it's unfortunate for me to be able to work a full-time job due to my health. She was very quick to push me out the door. Only why I'm giving this a three star because the other lady end up referring me across the way to another loan place!!!

Been a customer for over 8 years. Truly awesome Company! Easy payments plans. Comes in handy around the holidays, school shopping and car repair emergencies. Julie, the manager, has been there forever and she is very friendly and down to earth!

Was interested in taking a Loan out with this Company after receiving this letter in the mail from the Branch manager Julie. It supposedly Guaranteed me a Loan of $700, However when I responded I was offered a loan of about half that. The good old bait and switch, they also called my boss and he hit me up wondering if I'm having financial issues, i dont appreciate being mislead or lied to its definitely not a decent way to start business with someone. I'd suggest going over to Covington Credit they are straight up and have never called my Job in the 6 months I've had a loan with them.

Everyone at City Finance are friendly and understanding of each individuals circumstance. They are willing to help when so many banks or other financial institutions will tell a person no. Very rarely are people willing to financially assist someone today unless they have perfect, spotless credit. So many things occur in our lives from day to day that could affect the "perfect" and a person can be a hardworking individual but just ran into a hiccup or some misfortune. I highly recommend them .
