Fiancé put Application in over 13 days ago. Now after sending multiple buyers order and not getting any information back from Tiffany or no returned calls. We call the corporate office and they say the application is still pending after 13 days so local branch hasn’t even finished the total application. Which now makes sense because multiple buyers orders have been put in and no one can get a call back whether it be the dealer or us. Branch has gone down hill quick in the last 6-8 months. Poor customer service and will not longer be using them again.

I have been a customer of one main for quite a while and have never been inclined to make a complaint until today. Generally the staff is pleasant but that was not the case today. My encounter with Sherry, via telephone, was horrendous. She was impatient, rude, inconsiderate and provided incorrect information which led to more confusion. Needless to say I had to call the customer service number to have my questions answered. My encounter was so bad tgat i have decided to never conduct business with this company again.

Thank you One Main for your help when I needed it. I have been a customer with your company for some years, and you guys have always been courteous, helpful and have always work with me, but most of all patient and kind. Thank you again for understanding that bad things do happen to good people and for extending a helpful hand in the time of need.🙏👍👍😁

I applied online and was automatically approved. Someone called me 3 days later and said they needed more information and would go over exact amount I would be approved for. After sending in all my information I waited. I kept checking my account online. It said all paperwork needed has been received and they were reviewing my information. I called to check on my application end of the week and was told I am 100% approved with my vehicle as collateral. I was told someone would be back in contact with me next day to explain everything to me. Next day,I go online and is says congratulations you have been approved for loan.Someone will be contacting you to finish your application process to receive loan. I waited.....nothing.When I called the number back they said someone would be in contact.......2 days later(almost 2 weeks from first initial applying online)I go online and it says sorry we are not able to approve your loan at this time.....How can someone be approved 3 times and be told they are approved by your staff and without explanation not approved.

I believe Torrie was helping me. She was very nice, and professional. i was never treated so nice. Thank you so much for helping me.

I have a loan here and one paid off loan. I call and ask to talk to someone about refinancing my existing loan, I'm told someone will call me back, but that does not happen. I have done this twice. Is there someone else that would speak to me?

I had to refi my loan and Karen did everything she could to get that accommplished she was very professional and profishant and i thank her very much.
