Come in to ask some questions of different services offered, Vikki was super helpful and very informative. Pointed me in the right direction on things need to be done gave the number and even talked to the customer service representative. The other sub company was giving me the run around she stayed right there walking us through everything and even gave us an option for a different route being they was being difficult on option A. Would highly recommend them. My experience was grade "A" will definitely be returning if needed in the future. Thanks Vikki

I love this location and the wonderful staff! They never fail to satisfy me! Any time I go in for my loan they are always nice and friendly! Also quick and easy steps to getting a loan! Very professional and very quick with responding when calling! I love this location! Never have any problems! I recommend this location hands down and would actually give them a 10 star!! They are the best location I’ve been to and I’ve been to several even in Gainesville area. But This location has always treated me with respect and has always been very nice and friendly. They are some sweet lady’s who work here and they always greet you when you come in! I’ve been going to this location for awhile now. They are quick and professional when assisting you! I especially love Samantha she is very sweet and always professional when it comes to her work. I’m never there a long period of time. She has always fixed any problems I’ve had with my loan and or if I needed to change anything or update any information! She is always very helpful! The office is also a very clean environment and I probably won’t ever go anywhere else! Thank you for making my experience a great one each time I come in!

I love advance Vicky & Samantha are always so helpful they diligently & efficiently & go above & beyond if I have an issue they try to resolve it which has been rare they have worked with me its so easy to make payments Ive never had any issues with customer service, its always so clean & sanitary when I walk in, I highly recommend service for financial needs have not been let down yet been a customer for 3 years now!
