They approved me for a $6000 loan. Not pre-approved. I was actually approved. They got all of my documentation that they needed to go through with the loan process just to give me a lowball offer at the end. They approved me for $6000 & tried to get me to take $2300 at the last minute. I declined. I feel like that was very sneaky for them to do that. They must have thought that I was desperate for money & would just accept the lowball offer of $2300 even though I got approved for $6000. That would never happen.

10k Pre-approved unsecured loan online lies. Don't trust any of these people. This branch employee calls and tells me they can only do this particular loan that just so happens makes them the most money (>20k with a lean on my car). They try telling me debt to income played a large role in the decision but it comes down to basic math. The loan would have consolidated three credit card payments I have into one. Lowering my debt to income ratio by a great deal. The loan they wanted to give me would have raised my debt to income ratio. In other words they basically only give you the loan if its secured with assets (car lean) and they can make alot of money off of you. Second and last time I talked to these people. The first time the lady had such a bad attitude I couldn't talk to her. Poor business practices all around.

Horrible experience with these people get told we are approved for a loan then told an hour before we were supposed to sign they can’t verify employment verbally but never told us. Then won’t take a direct number to call HR dept. wouldn’t recommend for anyone

If I could give this location a lower score, I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They don't notify of any updates or changes and have poor customer service skills. If you have to go with this company, choose a different location.

This store is a joke, I got a loan a few months ago and realized I need to pay off early because of the interest rate, had my credit union pay it off and since it went a few days over the pay off date I owed $11 and I asked to speak to manager they said he busy, he with a customer so I asked for a call back before they close at 5:30 well I decided to go in person and best believe the manager WILLIAM ZARATE had left early and wasn't coming back, they have horrible customer service, horrible Branch manager, they didnt even have the courtesy to call me and let me know I have a $11 balance, no one called at all, this onemain branch sucks, I'm a manager at a dealership and I return all calls no matter if it's a mad customer, a happy customer I will call back it's called doing my job. HORRIBLE BRANCH INCONSIDERATE BRANCH MANAGER WILLIAM ZARATE...

Bait and switch! Unsecured loan quickly turns into a title loan. And an exponentially higher interest rate than previously disclosed!!

Be careful doing business with these folks, very bad tactics in calling your references from your application if you miss a payment. Just poor judgment on there part.
