OneMain Financial N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach

One main has been false reporting to the credit bureau causing my credit to decrease every month. They refuse to change it, in fact the posted this month as late before my payment is even due

OneMain on congress has the worst customer service very unprofessional you have to do all the work yourself they do not complete paperwork on time and on top of that they lose your paperwork Robert is the worst agent to work with. Me and my family do not recommend OneMain Financial to anyone🤬. That was the worst experience now due to all the Hassle with them our trailer to start our own business has been sold before we can even get it due to OneMain waiting a month to start our process when we gave them everything on our end on time. 🤬😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

My wife doesn’t speak English very well and they just treated her very bad. She tried to ask them to speak with me with her’s authorization but the representative was very rude and impolite. Very very disappointed. Not considering the tons of mail advertising they are sending to our home.

It is what it is...if you have bad credit and make the payments, this will help rebuild it. Don't appreciate the pitch for add-on services that substancially raises your monthly payment. If you get the loan, make sure to say no, no, no. Its not a requirement to get the loan so dont be bullied or pressured.

These people pay no attention to detail! They screwed up my loan 3 times before I received the funds! When I tried to get them to fix there mistake they acted like I was in the wrong for being upset with them. I will never utilize there services again.

The help I got was amazing! I did everything over the phone and had money in my account the next day. I don't remember who I worked with and sorry I don't but the manager and associate went above and beyond explaining all steps needed, they took their time, and called right back. I will come back to them in the future for sure!

one main is a bad place to get a loan. they will give you the funds but they take a month to release your lean on your property. how is that I spoke with the dmv I had an electronic title it does not take that long. when you call you get lies. the first payoff check from my bank the lady with the accent threw it away. the next one I order sitting in the office with them came in two days wow how was that. please do not use them they are not honest folks in the Boynton beach branch.

Very professional. Both guys where very, helpful with explaining any and all paper work. Applied one day, cash in my account next day.

About 1 year ago I had great experience with this branch - dealt over phone with very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman - unfortunately my credit was pulled which is another ding I did not need but One Main could not increase my existing loan without collateral - SEEMS TO ME THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN AND EXPLAINED BEFORE RUNNING MY CREDIT. Under circumstances I was approved for loan WITH COLLATERAL, therefore could not close it - waste of time and credit report - Now today I called about possibly refinancing my automobile, the lady I talked to did not want to give me her name and was rather rude - I was told by her One Main would need to run credit & all else & qualify me for the loan before doing simple approximate payoff on existing loan first to test PROBABILITY of going forward with a loan ........ I am very dissappointed.

How about accurate payment due info? I made a payment of $476.50 Oct 17 (See Payment History and Conf 8KBY683518) for a payment due Oct 27, and my account page still says Next Payment Due Oct 27 $476.50.
