One Main in Lacey is about the best lending organization that I have ever worked with. The people there are friendly and courteous and as helpful as they can be. They make the loan process easy and know exactly what you need and how to get it. Amy was easy to work with and knows her job well. Thank you for all your help.

Their staff has poor customer service skills. I literally almost died laughing because I was just shocked at the statements they say to you. Maybe work on professionalism before you call your clients.

I needed a consolidation loan. They required collateral (my car) but I got exactly what I needed with no hassle. The interest was a bit high because of my poor credit rating. They are all very friendly and efficient, and quickly responsive to my finance and bank changes.

Well I was not approved which is not the reason for 2 stars. It's because they made me feel like I would get approved and if not I could put my car up as collateral to get approved. After immediate responses back and forth with their agent to get all the required info. I was told it would only take mins for the results after waiting almost an hour I emailed the agent and she never responded considering all my other emails prompted immediate responses from them. So then when I called in the morning to inquire about the loan. I was then told by another employee I was not approved. That's bad business and if my business was not wanted by them then a simple response was I needed. But instead I was ignored and made to feel like I effort and credit jus took a shot from them for nothing. At least have the respect for a customer to respond to them like you told them you would. 2 stars cause the agent was nice. But I dont suggest them to anyone.

I walked into OneMain Financial Feb 20,2019, and was introduced to Nastashia Spencer, Personal Loan Specialist. She was very knowledgeable, explaining as required, and answering my questions as we went along. Her easy manner and patients made the process move right along. The final loan amount was surprisingly more than I had hoped for. The Interest Rate was about as anticipated. Nastashia made the whole experience pleasant. Without feeling pressured by time we finished in short time. When she called me that same day and said I was Approved, I was overjoyed. The Loan was Financed and in my Bank the next day. I would highly recommend the Lacey Branch to anyone needing their services. Thank you

The staff is so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Sheila was on point and made my experience fast and easy. I felt like my loan was done before I even walked in the door. She even helped me save money by paying something off I didn’t look at. I would definitely recommend one main to anyone.

Looking to get some dental work done for my wife that needed to be done. Contacted this company got a preliminary approval with collateral. Provided the company with 3 options for collateral. The stated that with the particular piece of collateral would only be authorized to borrow “x” amount of dollars about 3 grand less. (Ok, I get it, it came in under the allowed amount) I said I understood and was told all I needed to do was provide my tax return to verify income. Not only did I provide the tax return but my income came in almost twice why I expected. As a small business owner I know what it means to provide proper expectations with your clients. This company just likes to string you along and not follow up with you when you are too “high” risk. I lost my home and had some medical issues back in 2015, really screwed up my credit. However, since then I have worked diligently to get my credit back on track with zero late pays for over two years on my other loans. Nevertheless I will not do business with one main and will encourage any friend family and colleagues to not do business as well. NOT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT GUVE ME THE LOAN, YET DECEIVED ME AND MADE ME FEEL IT WAS A GO. Had I made plans to get the dental work done and got it started on you “approval” I could have very well got into a bigger mess.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. I make 51k a year and don’t have terrible credit and they still wanted collateral. I’m planning on paying off the loan in 6 months anyway so I would have even taken a higher rate. But mostly I wouldn’t recommend because they didn’t call or text me to let me know I was denied, even though she said she would. I had to call them 5 hours later to get an answer.

The people at One Main are all so kind, you can feel their warmth as you walk in. They work very hard in helping you get your loan. OneMain/SpringLeaf is a Great Company to do business with.
