OneMain Financial Towne Square Blvd, Roanoke

I applied for a loan and it said I was approved pending vericication and I had to come in to their office in Roanoke so I declined and found a better loan! They keep trying to call so I have blocked their number and today they did a hard inquiry on my credit report causing it to drop 20 points! Apparently scammers you don't want to do business with!! It says on their website it wouldn't affect your credit and then they do that!! Sorry excuse for a company, my request didn't go unfulfilled! You embiciles were mad because I didn't take it and did a hard inquiry

Staff is very friendly but they are a bunch of crooks! I've been paying on my account for years and my pay off is just as much as the amount I originally borrowed. Make it make sense!!! I do not recommend them at all! Go somewhere else if you can!!!!

The day my loan closed, the system changed my status which made it difficult to close my loan. Mary worked diligently to correct the problem which she did and I was able to close that day.

Malinda was great and professional and easy to work with. I will look into working with One Main in the future.

I spoke with malinda over the phone and she has an AWESOME personality and she really does everything she can to help. She answered all of my questions and helped me A LOT. Because of her I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!!

We had just borrowed money in May 2017 to finish paying for a porch we were having built. We made the first half of the payment which we had. Went to One Main Financial and borrowed $5.000 to finish paying off the project. There were problems with building the eaves and we needed $1000.00 more. I was assured when we made the loan for $5000.00 we were approved for more. When I called to get the extra $1000.00 they said we didn't qualify that fast and wouldn't be able to get what we needed to finish our project. We got the money from another finance company. I will not recommend them to anyone else. I feel they lied to us and they weren't very nice to us about it. My goal is to pay them off and never use them again. I will not recommend them to anyone!

Loan sharks highway Robbery do not get these loans they are impossible to pay off the balance never moves. Contacting CFPB and Attorney General. Run away from one main if u need a loan either do without or find somewhere else to borrow

Was pre approved, filled put paperwork, sent over w2, 1099, and pay stubs, they hit my credit hard, wouldn't you know it, I don't qualify and I need a co signer, how can that be, I said ok well instead of the $5,250 approval what about $1,000 they said no not without a co signer and that I didn't make enough $$, ice been making the same amount for the last 5 years, what a waste of time and credit inquiries, went to the bank and got approved in 5 minutes, cash in hand..
