I am helping a friend clean out her deceased mom's house and we found all kinds of jewelry..most of it costume but some is real..the lady looked at every piece and said nope not real.. I asked are you sure so she took it in the back and said she put the magnet on it and came back and said not real..flat out lie..got in the car where I could actually look at them better and the few pieces we took half were 14 kt...she ended up getting 100 bucks for those few pieces at 9th Street Pawn and they told her just to bring it all in and they will check it for her no issues ...have no clue why lie about it when she was just selling for scrap ...The customer service here is awful..

THEY ARE CROOKED. I bought a Dimond ring about 2 years ago and it has never been out of the box. I paid them 1 thousand for the ring that they really build up the sale on how great a deal it was. I went to sell the ring and found out that it is only worth 150 dollars. So I thought I would take it back to town and country. Well it is only worth 150. LOOK OUT THEY SCREW YOU BIG TIME.

Called ahead and asked if they deal with knives. I was told only German and American. I brought in 2 American made knives and was told that they don't deal with those brand's. Not happy about it
