I can't say enough about the individuals in this office. I work closely with Kirsten, but there isn't one person here that doesn't go out of their way to help. I went back to school to become a RN and have had some struggles over the past couple months. Kirsten goes above and beyond to help me when I need it. First of all, the staff are all Nice friendly people who make you feel right at home, But Kristen and Shannon go the extra effort to make you feel very comfortable and assured of your decision to do business with them. I have been doing business with them for a number of years and there has never been any pressure or expeditions set. They are very knowledgeable and caring people who really do care about their customers, who will never forget you just because the transaction is complete. Thank You guys very much!

We’re in the middle of a pandemic where people can’t even afford to live and they have no issue suing you. They have the car and we’re paid a large chunk of money and instead of being understanding in trying times they would rather sue you. Not to mention how rude they are when you get into an accident and had zero compassion. Do not go through these people!

If I had to pick just one thing that sets the Idaho Falls OneMain branch above any other lending branch(and yes I have options to choose from) I would have to say customer service. What some people dont understand is that they have to maintain a certain level of professionalism. And on the other hand they seem to be able to keep things light and fun. If you walk into a store not knowing anyone, and leave feeling like family, that's because your staff is next level. So good job. And thanks for your help.
