I went to One Main for a loan. Elisha was amazing. Very knowledgeable about my loan and the products that come with the loan. It was smooth and easy. My loan specialist guided me through the entire process. Anyone looking for a personal loan, GOT TO ONE MAIN!

Don't use them. You will pay off your loan and then they will still pull a payment and them make you wait 15 days before they reissue the money they shouldn't have pulled.. never again.

Very fast, very professional, all virtual. Money was deposited quickly after turning in the requested documents. I was able to link to my bank account so there wasn’t a lot of paperwork required and then just signed the e-docs which they went over with me on the phone. This is my second loan from OneMain. I highly recommend it.

The best people to talk to when you get alone they're very nice to you and I don't leave out anything that you shouldn't have I had Joy borrow money from one main because they're the only ones that understands me my own bank.don't.

They were rude from the start. The day I was there the only two employees I could see where on the phone but either one even waved at me. either one really acted like they wanted to sevice me. Their questions came across as rude and they wanted to use my car that is already financed as collateral. When they turned me down they did not explain to me why or where very nice about anything. The long of the short was their customer service sucks beyond anything I have found in a place similar to this
