OneMain Financial Santiam Hwy, Albany

I've worked with the Albany, Oregon branch of One Main Financial before and it ran smoothly all the way through the duration of the loan. I'm now with them for a second loan and again, no issues at all. They are a very kind, caring, and helpful team.

The lenders at one main financial were respectful to my husband and I. We felt comfortable the whole time and didn’t feel judged for needing a little extra cash and/or our credit history. The staff was knowledgeable and offered a variety of products to us without being pushy. I would recommend anyone who has a history of fair to bad credit go here for all of your loan needs. Even the staff that wasn’t working with us checked in on us and made friendly conversation making sure we felt comfortable in their office.

Gilbert has been taking really good care of me. When I was just out of surgery he expedited a check, I was able to fend off bankruptcy and stay afloat until my finances could "catch-up", so to speak. Covid and the shutdown set me back, and again Gilbert was there to throw a safety net. I am able to keep current with you, and even pay above minimum, which helps my credit. Thank you One Main, and esp. thank you Gilbert for helping my brother and I to not just 'make it', but to actually thrive in these uncertain economic times. Take care, and God Bless!

They advertised a preapproved loan on credit karma. Then they denied me. How do you get denied when you are preapproved? I reported both Onemain and credit karma. Onemain contacted me, said they would look into it and contact me again. They never did but they made a hard inquiry on my credit. Don't ever use these people. As far as I'm concerned, both onemain and credit karma are dishonest. I don't do dishonesty.

When and applied for a personal loan. Was approved and everything was going fine till I tried to cash the check at my bank. My banks "wells fargo" said there is no money available from onemain. I called onemain financial and told them what was going on, and they insisted they bank is lying to me. They won't help they're being very rude about it. I have called corporate wells Fargo they say the same thing. Onemain is a terrible place.

I am truly grateful to Gilbert Silva, at OneMain Financial, Albany, Oregon location. I was in desparate need of finding a solution to solve my financial debt. I felt very relaxed and comfortable enough to trust him to assist me. He was kind, patient, confident and knowledgeable in his professional. I am thankful he found the best way possible to make life easier for me financially and I highly recommend Gilbert Silva.

One main was amazing helping my husband and I initially when we needed money to pay some debt down. We didn’t realize how high the interest was going to be though. Out of a $215 payment a month about $60 would actually be applied to pay down our balance, the rest was interest. If we were not able to pay all the rest of our loan off we would probably be making payments for the next two or three years. I do not recommend them at all for a loan

Straight up higher interest money loan. If you need money and due to illness or job loss you're credit scores are down, these folks will help you out. You have to show you can pay it back like any loan. I will refer Gabriel for sure! He treated me with respect and was super fast. Thanks!

This is a horrible place to go for a loan they won't tell you this until the end but is costs $300+ just to get the loan add on an intrest rate of 35% thank you for running my credit and letting me know these major details at the end! I would understand these numbers to some extent if I had bad credit which I don't. I guess your company is looking to take advantage of people! If you can't find any place to go and have go here all I can say is avoid justin he seems to not understand his job and is very rude!
