OneAZ Credit Union W Main St, Safford

Today's experience has been great. My wife and I came in to open a new personal account as well as a business account and Tyler Russell happen to be our personal banker. Way to go OneAZ Credit Union as you have a great person to set up the great personal relationship we were looking for in a Bank and Banker.

Ramona at the Safford branch was very helpful when it came to our vehicle refinance. She made everything feel easy and completely stress free! All the while being super friendly. We are so thankful for all of help!

So, my son and I went into the bank this morning. We was greeted by shannon Wood. She is so sweet kind and helpful. She was also kind as we were leaving. Also Kendra Mattice help us today at the window. She was absolutely amazing kind and personable. I certainly enjoyed her for those few minutes that we were there. I hope to get her window every time here after. These two women set the example as to how people should be treated in a place of business. The pair of these women deserve a well done from their management.

My husband and I went to refinance our vehicle at OneAZ Credit Union and we were really happy with our results! Ramona Ybarra was very helpful and made the process very easy. I would recommend everyone to refinance their vehicle here.

I had my account hacked . I went to the bank and talked to Ramona Ybarra she got right on top of it. Canceled my card, issued me another and got my money back in my account. Thank you so much Ramona you made a bad day turn out good !!! Best customer service ever.

After waiting in line to see an agent for over an hour. We were approached by this happily and very friendly face. My son and I were after information on how to apply for credit and better his credit score. My son was looking to purchase a car from me if possible and better his credit score. I learned more in this one session, about credit cards, credit scores and how to better them. Than I have learned in the 20-some years banking here at this AZ credit Union. Ginger Pierce professionalism, knowledge, manners and skills or beyond belief. From here on out I would only do my banking with Mrs Pierce. We went to Ramona for help with an auto loan today. I was traveling from out of town and had a short time window to get everything done. She was absolutely incredible!!
