Garrett was super helpful. He helped us set up an account, apply and qualify for an auto loan and gave us information about financial literacy to build our credit. He was very friendly and informative. He also made sure we can ask him any questions moving forward. We’re very thankful for his service.

I worked at a major bank and a credit union before, and this was one of the best banking experiences I've had. Ivann Acosta had been helping me with an auto loan since March and this week I finally got the vehicle I've always wanted thanks to her. She was always super quick to respond and super polite over the phone. She would follow up a couple times a month to see how my car search was going too, which was greatly appreciated. I'm actually bummed though that she won't get the credit for the sale since she has been helping me for almost 5 months, there was something about my dealership using a different system. In the future, I will absolutely refer her to anyone I know that is looking for a loan.

Every time I bank here, at the Alvernon Branch, the service is fantastic no matter which teller you get. Michelle generally helps us and she is efficient and so caring about me and my family. Today however, it was Diane who went above and beyond. She hand counted dozens and dozens and dozens of coins we needed to deposit. She was pleasant and so helpful the whole time and stayed well beyond closing time to help us!

Diane made my banking today fast and easy. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She took me through step by step on installing the bank app so that I could access it at home. Never feeling rushed She took the stress out of it and insured it was done properly . She is delightful to do banking with and I look forward to seeing her again at OneAz Credit Union Elizabeth Venker

Always always receive quick, efficient, and polite friendly service at 1AZ Credit Union. Today I needed a notary, and Garrett Curry did a quick walk-in so that I could get my car title transferred to the New owner. Recently I met Diane Rojel, a teller, who was exceptionally sweet and always does her work very efficiently. I have known Monica for many years who was Tha manager at my branch, and is now an auditor in the capacity of Regional Field Director. She was always friendly, greeted customers by name, while still getting her work done very well. I cannot imagine that anyone in my area has a better banking experience than here at 1AZ. Lucy Ritter

Slow, slow, slow service. They made a mistake on our account which ended up being a $75 charge that they wouldn’t cover even though it was their fault for the $75. I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to anyone. Their workers don’t seem to know their the job correctly.

I came in to refinance my vehicle loan that I originally got from another credit union. I am not good with paper work and technology. Well when I first walked in to One AZ. The atmosphere was very uplifting and pleasant. The lady Ivann Acosta worked on my loan was extremely knowledgeable and cheerful she was a pleasure to work with. My overall experience with One AZ was better than my expectations. 🙂🙏

The staff are always amazing, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable. They can store you're photo ID on your account. The numerous times this has proven invaluable I cannot mention. Print debit card replacements on site. These are things you never think about but always wish you had when you need it. Awesome people...even better bank. Thanks One AZ.

The staff at this branch do a great job. I have had Michelle and Diane help me for many years. Today I have Michelle help me and I had lots of questions and transactions and I know it was her lunch time but she did not hesitate to stay and work through all my problems. They all are courteous and the line always moves fast. Very long line today but my wait was short.

Alba was so great helping me to set up an estate account after my dad passed on and I was dealing with probate. We are now in the process of moving all of our banking to OneAZ thanks to the awesome service she provided. Even my son has an account now, so he can learn about managing his money. Thank you Alba!

I have had the very best teller when I go to the Alvernon location Diane she always counts and recounts my cash it is a large deposit and the machine that you put it in has failed every time if not for her every deposit would have been wrong. Sharon Scala at the Oro Valley Branch went above and beyond throughout a personal loan process. This is my second loan with them and they have the most competitive rates and absolute best customer service. Sharon is absolutely phenomenal with communication, timeliness and meeting deadlines. 10/10 recommended

I met with Alba Soto to learn about a credit card, and with Michelle Cappell about voiding my debit card due to some fraudulent charges. I learned so much!!! With one visit to my wonderful credit union professionals I was approved for the perfect card for me. And I learned so much that the credit union does to protect me with the use of these cards.This isn't so much like a visit to a bank as it is a visit to professional friends who care about your success. Consistently excellent service! Michelle (who happens to be the teller who opened my checking account for me years ago) helped me out tremendously this morning! Even better, the great customer service I experienced is not the exception to the rule, but what can be expected whenever I visit this branch. Everyone is knowledgable, efficient and courteous!

We have had many transactions with Michelle Cappell over the years and today was no exception. She helped my aunt and I with multiple transactions, broke down each step for us and always asked if there was anything more she could do to assist us. Would gladly wait in line to work with her!!

Refenced my vehicle DEC 2021. AS of 4/8/22 I still have no Registration. The credit Union never submitted paperwork for New registration. Now I was told I'll Have to wait 4-6 week more to be able to get plates for my vehicle
