The team doesn’t give me an update of my case. In addition, extremely hard to get a hold of. I do not recommend!! My account was open in August of 2019 and its 3 years now and credit isn’t repaired. Please DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will only give you “lip service”

We started the process less than a year ago for my husbands credit repair and we are beyond satisfied with the service from One Financial. We always got monthly communications on status on his accounts outcomes and whenever we had questions they where always available to answer and his credit was repaired fully. We recommend them 100%.

I'm very happy with the service at one financial business service i will say 100% in their customer service. In my personal experience i will recommend them totally. I initially went to 2 different companies to fix my credit and they did not fix it. One financial business went ahead and fixed my credit in less than 45 days. My credit is over 700's. I highly recomend them.

I’ve been struggling with my credit since I’ve remembered. Now that I really understand the value of credit and that it does not “go away” I decided to face it and fix it!! I was recommended to One Financial Business, so I spoke to Carlos at One financial, he presented different solutions to my problem! He catered to my unique issue. Their price and customer service was great. After a short while my credit is good and climbing at a fast pace!! I would definitely recommend OFB for all credit issues.

I was told about this company from a good friend of mine. I came in for a free consultation and they walked me through my credit and they made the process so simple! It was a easy process to get my credit repaired. I started on October 15th 2018 and the process was over by November 20th 2018. I'm extremely happy with their services. The staff is very friendly and most importantly they work as a team. Because of them I was able to get a loan approved for my business. I highly recomend this company. Paid 3k to get my credit fix and 3 years later and nothing to small changes, “still in the process “, been paying 30 dollars a month as well to keep the app they use to monitor the credit…..30x36, so far $1080 + 3000 for nothing. Those guys are out doing themselves.

June 2020 I paid Carols $3,000 to work on my credit. Within that time he has pretty much done nothing and stole my money. His agency sent my documents out to the credit bureaus and put the wrong address and all my personal information came back to me in the mail because they are incompetent and couldn't even put the correct address on the envelope. Secondly one of his staff cursed me out because I called him out on not doing their job. Never in my life have I ever experienced that, I hired someone to do a job and they don't do it and they cursed me out as a paying customer. I requested my money back several times and he refused to give me my money back or provide the services I paid for. He stopped answering my calls and text messages even though it says he read the messages. Carols is a fraud and very unprofessional. He stole my money and did not do anything to improve my credit. Please do not use him unless you want to give away your money to fund his luxury lifestyle because he does not do anything but steal peoples money. He is a thief and the business is a cover up. I will be reporting him to the BBB and also filing a civil claim because he cannot go around stealing peoples money that is in a vulnerable place. DO NOT HIRE HIM. HE IS A THIEF.

I just wanted to let everyone to know if you are looking for a credit repair company then One Financial Business is your company. I have had some bad experiences with other credit repair companies with huge fees, big promises, and no results. In only 90 days with OFB my scores went from the low 500's to the mid 700's. My experience has been amazing and I highly recommend them for your credit repair and your financing needs. Not only did they hep me get a mortgage for my home but, have assisted me with securing 200,000 for my new business venture.

I went to the office to have a consultation. My friend Highly recommended them but I was skeptical of going since I have had a bad experience in the past with another credit repair company. My credit was 496 Fisco score. In less than 45 days my score is now 782. I cant believe this!!!! One Financial Business is an amazing company that I highly recommend to anyone that needs it. The best part was that Carlos the owner sat down with me and guided me on to what needed to be done to built my credit back. THEIR THE BEST!!!!

I hired this company in March 2020 payed them $1,400 so they can fixed my credit and they gave me the run around , told me to be patient because of covid I was, then told me that the owner Carlos sold the company and left to Florida , after months I kept calling I spoke to many people I spoke to Oscar, Jane , Keisha and many more tell me they will look into my acct and help me and nothing now we are in May of 2021 and I call everyday so they can reimburse me my money back that I earned hard working and everyday Jane tells me someone will call me and they don’t I wish everyone reads this and not hire them because they are a fraud .in my life I’ve never had to deal with unprofessional people but I will be reporting them this company because you just don’t take peoples money and the owner Carlos never called back either please read this review carefully before signing up because they will take your money
