Aristotle has been phenomenal during my house hunting process! Today’s market is tough and he is well aware that you have to move quick otherwise you can lose your chance on a great deal and sure enough Aristotle got my loan done right on time to secure the home I been eyeing. I was very worried I would lose out on this home and I will admit I was a little anxious which caused me to be a little extra pushy but Aristotle was very understanding. I told him I am very impatient (I’m working on that defect lol) and I couldn’t find a realtor who was willing to tolerate me and he introduced me to Andrew who has the patience of a saint! Thanks to these guys I was able to get a new home with a nice yard that my pups love! I can’t say thank you enough for all the help getting me through the most stressful event of my life!

I reached out to Aristotle to inquire about a loan I was very confused and didn't have much knowledge of the process he guided me step by step letting me know what I needed and what I had to do. I was afraid my credit score wouldn't be good enough or I wouldn't get approved for the amount I needed to purchase my home. I kept contacting Aristotle all day for two days I was starting to get a little embarrassed but he was very patient with all questions. Its a little stressing purchasing a home and I just wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal before going into a 30 yr commitment and probably the biggest one. I finally felt comfortable with everything and decided to let him process my loan. After me gathering all my paperwork and submitting it to Aristotle he was able to get me a great loan he also recommended me a realtor that has been working hard to find me the home to my specific standards!

As always securing a loan can be tough, and getting our loanwas not any different it needed a lot of grit. I'm happy to have worked with Yehoshua (Josh) Dubinsky as he made sure that NO was not an option. From the onset Yehoshua (Josh) Dubinsky presented the possibility of the loan as a certainty and he kept our morale in line with that reality, I don't think that we would've had the determination to get to the end of the process if not for Yehoshua's determination. We have a lot to learn from Yehoshua and his perseverance.

We tried to refinance two properties through family first funding. We shopped for three quotes and FFF had the best rate. We provided all necessary paperwork, were approved and then sat and waited MONTHS only to find out that we had fallen through the cracks and have lost our rate and now have to start all over again.
