On Time Financial Mast Way, Chula Vista

Trying to get help with my recently deceased mother’s vehicle that has a lien with with this company. Ferdinand repeatedly tried to get me off the phone without helping. He finally said he would get in touch with his legal team and follow up after I refused to accept his attempts to dismiss me and my inquiry. He called me back a week later and said they are not interested in helping me because they have broken even on the deal and are not losing any money & that I need to get a lawyer. I explained I am in another state and the car is in possession of someone who my mother (the owner) had a restraining order against. I stopped expecting any help from Ferdinand or his company when he responded with “if that’s true....” Horrible service and lack of empathy from this “manager.”

I paid off my car in less than a year and a half. I never received the title to my car. So I call and ask about it. She says well it was mailed. So now She says I need to drive to her office and pay $10 for something that has to be notarized so that I can get my title. Even though I never got the original. Definitely a scam.

I'm not sure who just called me regarding my car note but whoever the lady was, she was RUDE. No customer service skills WHATSOEVER. Just heartless. I told her I would make my payment tonight, that I just had a death in the family and she responded with "sorry but I need you to make the payment before 5" I told her that I was at work until 5 pm and I would do it after I got off work. She said "NO, THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN BEFORE 5. YOU HAVE A LUNCH BREAK. DO IT THEN" I then told her that I do not take a lunch and she insisted that I do because by law I was supposed to. She was so rude. I hung up on her. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They SUCK.

The interest was a bit high even for some of the other lenders out there, but they got me out of a tight spot when I was in need and I now own the car, still very happy with it. They were fast and friendly. They need to post more information on their website, like office hours etc. but other than that was a good experience.

Refused to take my cash payment and proceeded to steal my car during the night and I have a sick infant child! These people need to be out of business!

This place is absolutely horrible. I had a car financed through them for over a year, never missed a payment, the one time I was a few weeks(Not even a month) late on my payment, they came and STOLE the car back. Then had the nerve, still within that month, to notify me saying I could get my car back if I payed that months and the next month's(which wasn't due yet) within a few days. I told to keep their POS car, that had been having electrical issues since I got it. They are very rude, no customer service and are truly scammers. But, I know karma will get that while staff in the end.

So i call this placement about my car and the lady that work they is sooo rude. She wasnt helpful or anything to help me to get my car back or work with me. So if you look for refinance a car dont go to this company. I wish i leave sonner about this company, i hope to god that they company get shut down.😠😠

Worst company to do business with! I don’t even think their behavior is legal. Their treatment Is inhumane. They are no help, if you are in a bind. Carina is a spineless cruel woman. One day all the horrible stuff she tells people will come back to her. This company should be shut down they know nothing about customer service nor how to treat people. Please I’m begging whom ever reads this, do not do business with them. Do not give them a penny of your hard earned money.

These people are crooks. Sell you the worst vehicle ever purchased and have the nerve to try and come after you. Broke down 15 times in the first month I purchased it.

If at all possible....avoid this place! Seriously!
