The Phana Par team had excellent communication both on the phone and through text. Phana and Peter made sure that I stayed on track to close escrow on time and provided detailed instructions on what documents were needed. We were interested in purchasing solar and Phana had prior knowledge of the process to purchase solar instead of taking over the lease- and resulted in us closing on time. Our escrow officer made a mess of the situation asking for documentation from Sunrun than required. Phana remedied the problem. Excellent service throughout the whole process. -Henry
